About this house rental

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The guest room is furnished with a queen bed and TV, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The great room is furnished with a couch, love seat and several comfortable chairs, TV, and WiFi. The kitchen is perfect for dining and is fully equipped with coffee maker, single serve Keurig, blender, toaster, microwave, popcorn maker. Spacious large bar with 4 swivel back barstools and a dining table with 6 chairs. Situated just one block from the beach and view of the water, a three minute walk and guests can enjoy an entire day of beach activities: Swimming, Body Surfing, Skim Boarding, Shelling, Surf Fishing, Walking. Volleyball, wave runner rentals within a 4 minute beach walk. While at the beach, the Blue Parrot restaurant is a 5 minute beach walk, with open deck dining on the beach and Tiki hut bar with local music. Later, watch the sunset from the Tiki hut bar at the restaurant on the beach or head back to the balcony off the West bedroom. Underneath the home you can relax as you enjoy the breeze while swinging, grilling, shucking oysters at the bar, playing ping pong, or darts. Before you go upstairs for the night, rinse off the sand and salt in the downstairs open-air yet private shower. Have we given you too many options? No Problem. Just turn off your phone and leave your watch in your vehicle as you cross the bridge and everything else will fall into place. You owe it to yourself. PEACE and RELAXATION. We were impressed by the size of this house, so much more spacious than we thought. Plenty of parking space. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was a cot, inflatable mattress, extra pillows and blankets, extra floor fans, as well as games. Great communication from the host, making sure that everything was good before we even arrived. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Loved our stay. Host was very helpful with instructions upon arrival and any questions we had. The place is in a great location and we all loved the decor. Only one complaint. We didn’t seem to have any soap for showers. Maybe we didn’t know where to look but my friend brought her own bar and we split it. Would recommend and will book again.

Had a wonderful time staying here. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Place was beautiful and was a short walk the beach and most of the restaurants on the island.

The house was immaculate and it was a perfect location. We walked everywhere on the island from the bay to the Gulf beach and never moved the car until we went to Apalachicola and Port St Joe for the day! The house has everything you need for a stay at the beach and was quite comfortable! Easy check in and the owner was very responsive to inquiries and questions! We’ll be back!

Lovely, spacious house exactly as advertised, with an easy 3-minute walk to a boardwalk to the beach. Spacious kitchen, lots of dishes and pots and pans, and there were even beach chairs down below so that we didn't need to rent. Owner very communicative and helpful!

This house was perfect for our big girls/little girls trip which consisted of my sisters and our 2 little girls. It was in a great location, we easily walked to the beach with a 1 year old and had beauitful views. The house was perfect and so cute and the prperty manager made sure we checked in and made it there safely. We make this trip every year and this house is on the top of our list to rent again!

Don’t bother looking for other houses on St George Island. This is the one you want to rent. We couldn’t ask for a better setup for a quick Labor Day weekend away. One block from the beach made it easy to walk down for sunsets and beach time. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch with the sea breeze every morning. Kitchen has all the staples you would need for cooking during your stay. Beds and furniture were all super comfy. We are already looking forward to coming back in the future.

this house was simply wonderful for my mother and sons vacation. it was clean, kitchen had everything, rooms and bathrooms were well stocked with linens and everything was clean. Property owners respond quickly to messages through VRBO app. we will be back next year!!!!

This is the most awesome beach house. It is close to the beach, close to town, and is as well equipped as it could be. There are fans in each bedroom, plenty of amenities, a great gaming area and bar underneath the main living space, and an outdoor shower, which is my favorite thing ever. We hope to book again because it provided the setting for a wonderful family get away!

This house is well appointed and perfectly located for a beach get away. We live about 1.5 hours from St. George and just don’t like driving home sandy and salty after a long day at the beach. This house is very close to the beach, and amenities “down town” but far enough away from down town and the public beach that peace and relaxation are still a thing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed the screened in porch tremendously. We definitely plan to book this rental again!

This home was perfect for us. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the things you need in a kitchen to cook great meals. Toys and games for the little one too! Right across from multiple publice beach access points. We rented a gold cart for the week as well which made the commute fantastic!

Myself and two kids (5&8) stayed here and loved it. The house was as pictured, clean, and well-maintained. It had all the amenities noted and was equipped for younger kids if need be (pack n play and high chair). We walked everywhere we needed to go on-island. We would highly recommend this place and these hosts!

The house is amazing and so close to the beach. We enjoyed the space underneath the porch. My two year grandson first trip to the beach!!! My family and I had such a great family trip. I didn’t rent a golf cart but wish I did. You won’t be disappointed in this rental.

The house was in a convenient location in relation to the beach. It was clean and nicely furnished when we arrived. Though, I felt the lines between the tenant's responsibilities and the responsibilities of the cleaning crew were blurred. I was fine with stripping the beds and taking out food and trash, but vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom? That seems more like something for the cleaning crew to do, since we paid for their services. We would still be more than happy to rent from these owners again.

Nice, clean property and just minutes to walk to the beach. There is an outdoor bonus area under the house that isn't in the pictures. It has ping-pong, darts, a swing, chairs and a grill with a picnic table. We met the owners and they were very friendly.. We had a great stay and will stay here again. Thanks!

The cottage is the perfect size and has a great layout. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. All appliances worked well. The only thing I would change would be to get rid of the carpet in the two guest bedrooms and hall.
