Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea this top floor corner apartment has been tastefully decorated in a light chic modern style and is in impeccable condition. South facing the view incorporates the Cap d'Antibes to the East and the islands off Cannes and the Esterelle to the West. Lying within the sought after domaine of Juan Flore, a private landscaped residence with communal swimming pool, the beach is literally a few minutes walk away. Comprehensively equipped, including recently installed air conditioning, free Wifi & a Weber barbecue grill, the apartment has two separate dining tables seating 4 offering the choice of dining in the lounge or outside on the day long sunbathed L shaped balcony with sunshade awning. The open plan lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa, a breakfast bar and swivelling flat screen T.V ( French channels only) . Two double bedrooms, situated at the rear, are adjacent to the bathroom with bath/shower and the independent w.c. Exterior private parking close to the apartment within the domain is offered. With it's close proximity to Juan les Pins, Antibes & Cannes the apartment is ideally located to appreciate all that the Côte d'Azur has to offer, and is the perfect place for a party of 4 wishing to enjoy the South of France in total comfort. We had a nice holiday in Juan-Les-Pins. The apartment has a great location close to the beach and has everything you need. Nigel, the property manager, was very helpful. There was a noice, perhaps from the air conditioner, which some of us found disturbing at night.

A very comfortable apartment, in an excellent location, steps from the private pool and the beaches (public and private), with a €million view of the Mediterranean and all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. Supermarket, patisserie, and fruit stores are within 5-min walking distance and the main town with restaurants, bars, cafes, etc are a 15-min walk. Best to have a car to explore all the other towns of Golfe Juan, Antibes, Nice, etc. as there are indoor and outdoor reserved parking spots. Nigel the manager is very friendly, responsive and attentive and Jocelyn the housekeeper keeps everything spotless and in proper working order. The owners could stand to upgrade the linens, but other than that, we would stay here again.

Very fast response times when booking and after booking. Quick and easy check in and out. Very nice and clean appartment on arrival. Well equipped apartment. We didn't lack for anything during our stay. Nice with AC, but AC was very noisy. Beds with double duvets! Very easy to park in the basement right next to the apartment. Great location. Nice secluded area also with a nice pool area. Close to shopping and down to the beach. A lovely apartment. Very personal and service minded manager.

This was the first time (and wont be the last) we have stayed here. In an area we are very familiar with, it was fantastic to find this gem of an apartment in such an amazing location. A very well equipped and secure property with the added bonus of underground parking. Couldn't have asked for more. Big thanks to Nigel for his help settling us in. K

An amazing property with wide seaviews and plenty of luxury. Tasteful interior décoration and all the equipment you can hope for during your stay. A beautiful well maintained complex just outside Juan les Pins, but within walking distance of Juan, Golfe Juan and Antibes. We loved it and hope to be back next year.

Excellent location overlooking the Mediterranean. Quality furnishings, well maintained and clean. Secure garage parking. Ideal location for the beach, bars, restaurants and a number of supermarkets, all of which are within easy walking distance.

Very well equipped apartment perfect for a family of 4. Location is great and central, 3 mins from beach and easy access to pool in complex. Good access to public transport if required, secure parking was a bonus for our car. Check in was seamless and professional and Nigel gave us great information and tips and made himself available for any enquiries.

Fantastic location, Everything was within few minutes walk, Beach and shops. The only little blemish was that the flat had only one toilet and bathroom which is fine for a small family of 4 but anything above that could be little challenging. overall for us it was excellent and we would book this again for next year.

Troisième location.. ( ça dit tout).toujours aussi ravis de l'appartement et de la vue extraordinaire.Bien situé, tranquille et comportant toutes les facilités pour y vivre. En revanche cette année à cause du corona virus avons été obligés d'écourter notre voyage à la moitié du séjour pour rentrer en catastrophe au Canada avant que ce ne ce soit plus possible. Nigel le gérant a encore été d'une disponibilité exceptionnelle...pour toutes nos requêtes et l'aide extraordinaire sur place et ensuite pour le suivi avec Home away. Les Merciers du Canada

The apartment had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was never too crowded, and the beach was a five minute walk away. A well stocked supermarket was only a 10 minute walk away and there were numerous restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away. You don’t need a car, but if you have one then there are numerous other towns to explore along the coast.

Beautiful location on 2nd floor overlooking billionaires super yachts in the bay of Antibes.Apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.Our host, Nigel is the best host you can ask for, no questions.Our flight was delayed and instead of arriving at 4pm we got to the apartment at midnight. Nigel was there to great us with a smile on his face!He was also available more or less 24/7 for any questions we had.We highly recommend this place !

Lovely apartment with great sea views. Modern, well equipped and clean. The pool on the complex is lovely too. With our two young children we did find the walking to both central Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan quite far, especially in the heat of August so it might be worth considering this. The owners were very helpful sending through info about transfers and letting us check in early. Although be aware of the early check out fee (applies before 8.30am) and the extra €100 to be paid for cleaning and linen, which I found a little expensive considering you are asked to wash the beach towels they provide before you leave!
