Stay in luxury in the friendliest town in SW Florida! This elegant 3 bed, 3 bath home with heated pool is located on the Intercoastal Highway with canal views of sea and water life. The open floor plan with large sliders leading to a comfortable screened lanai will let you appreciate Florida's inside/outside lifestyle. Soothing teals, comfy furniture and coastal accents will have you thinking you are in a high-end resort. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island will lead to cozy family gatherings as you cook inside or grill outside. The dining , living and kitchen all merge in the open concept floor plan. A mini fridge on the lanai is handy for stocking your favorite drink as you lounge around the pool or fish off the dock. The guest bedroom features a luxury queen size bed, tv, mini fridge and comfortable lounge chair while the third bedroom has a high end inflatable double size bed perfect for small guests, as well as a desk area for work. The king size master bed with views to the canal also has a large tv with streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable tv. Sliders allow you to hop out of bed and into the pool. The huge bathroom features an oversize shower with multiple heads as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The double vanities and towel heater add more luxurious touches. Your Florida dream home awaits you!

Punta Gorda is one of SW Florida's top vacation spots and has a unique small town charm with many of the area's finest restaurants. Located on Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda is known as a sport fishing destination and the tarpon fishing capital of the world. A very bicycle friendly town with free loaner bikes, the city also features beautiful parks and walking trails. The most visited tourist destination is just a mile from you--Fisherman's Village with quaint shops, charter and ferry boats, and top waterfront restaurants. Live music abounds from local tiki huts, to roof top bars to downtown corners. There is always something going on in this small town and the sunsets will astound you

I MUST know number, type, weight, whether trained or not, and there may be additional charges. If pets are found without prior approval there is a $50 penalty per day per pet if they are not disclosed with the above information!

I do not offer discounts for longer stays. Please note: this is my personal home so the good news is it is fully equipped with any thing you need including paper products, cleaning supplies and pantry staples. This also means my personal effects remain in the house and, while I leave lots of closet space and empty drawers, if you are offended by someone’s clothing etc in the home, please choose another home. The third bedroom is my art studio so there is a high end, self inflating bed there as well as storage space, but again, it has my art supplies stored there.

My wife and I spent the month at this wonderful house. The location is awesome and it is easy to walk or bike the neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. Sheri did a great job of communicating with us and we knew when the house was being cleaned as well as the pool. Had a great view from the lanai too. We really enjoyed our stay and the area.

Pros - Lovely house, nicely decorated, almost everything one needs, nice location great pool and lanai. Cons - Sewage backed up in two of three bathrooms on a Sat. night and she refused to deal with it until the next day and then asked if I wouldn't mind waiting until Monday when plumber was cheaper. Even though friends said I was crazy (smell and mess nasty) I said I would wait. She came on the Monday afternoon to clean up but didn't clean shower in lanai so stayed like that for next two weeks. When she came over to clean mess I introduced myself, and her reply was "well obviously", not nice to meet you, or terribly sorry this happened. Other issues -Dryer didn't work for first 10 days of my month long stay, bought drying rack to hang clothes but not good for towels or sheets. Didn't complain. -I am a tea drinker in morning and no kettle or teapot. I had to buy them. For the price of place they should have been provided. -No mop to sop water around pool area when it got wet I bought one. -Pool wasn't cleaned the whole month I was there, but she did come and put chemicals in. -Lot next door is empty, must be a city lot as trucks and workers in and out all day and start early in morning, the whole month I was there. -Third bedroom/art room, other than pull out couch was not set up in any way to be a bedroom. No closet/drawer space. I would say it is a 2 bedroom house that sleeps 6. -Master bedroom closets (2 of them) were jam packed with her things, there was little space for mine. A small space in one closet and another small space in another. Felt odd seeing her personal things every time I went in the closet. Hamper had dirty clothes in it. -Finally, I made a huge error in my scheduling and thought I was to leave on a Sunday when I was supposed to leave on the Saturday. Didn't discover this until two hours before I was supposed to be out. I asked her if it was possible to stay another night and thankfully she did accommodate me, but charged me an extra $100 inconvenience/gas fee. I felt that since I was so understanding about sewage and dryer, (and bought things I left) she could have not charged quite so much, especially since I stayed a mo. and requested to stay 6 weeks next year. I emailed owner when I got back to mention this is what I could write in a review, to give her a chance to respond but after 6 days no reply and she did read it as she took down my reservation for next year which I requested. First 2 wks. 5* now 2.5*.

Sheri’s home and her thoughtfulness contributed greatly to our outstanding family vacation. Not only is the house clean and comfortable but it is also beautifully decorated with unique items. Her home is located in a nice neighborhood and she has it well prepared for guests. Especially helpful was Sheri’s notebook of instructions that made clear her expectations from guests. In addition, she was always in touch by e-mail even though she was out of the country at the time. The pool was a special treat that we used nearly every day of our stay. I am happy that Sheri was willing to share her home with us. I highly recommend it.

Sheri was easy to work with and accommodating to our flight schedule. Her home is gorgeous with many art pieces from her travels. The home had everything you need while traveling including coolers and beach chairs. We would definitely rent from Sheri again!!!
