We loved every minute of our stay at this house! We have been coming to LBI every year for many years now and this was by far the best house ever!!!! It is located centrally, literally steps to the beach, close to many restaurants and stores yet it is located on a quite family friendly street. It was our first trip with our infant baby and couldn’t think of better street and house to rent!!! Also not to mention it was dog friendly!!!! Everything in the house was working perfectly, had all the essentials and felt spacious! We loved spending time on the porch. Had enough furniture for our family to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the porch. Very well maintained house. Outdoor shower was great. Internet and AC worked wonderful. We would definitely come back again and again!!!! The host was very prompt and easy to communicate.A+++++ Highly recommended!

The location of this house can’t be beat. It is a quick walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to all that LBI has to offer. The house itself was mostly great, with a few issues. The good: kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, porch was comfortable with lots of sitting room and a gate that closes. Laundry worked well, and three bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. We loved that the house was dog friendly and we could bring our dog with us. The bad: the kitchen did not have much counter space, the bathrooms do not have outlets, the master bedroom has a full bed but is advertised as a queen. The biggest issue we had with this house is that it was so loud. The window air conditioners were all really loud, the washing machine was really loud, and the owner’s dogs woke us before seven every morning running around upstairs above us. This definitely took away from the advantages of this house.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Haven Beach The home was nice and clean and comfortable Pet Friendly a major plus!! Very close to the beach and a nice quiet street, The only trouble we had was the internet was slow and the TV was complicated to figure out. For me, that is not a problem because I don’t mind not having the TV. But for my 93 year old Mom who was with us and enjoys watching It was very difficult. We all loved the beautiful front porch but we did miss having a fenced in back yard to spend some time with the dog. Overall, A very, very nice place! Thank you so much! Lisa

This house was exceptionally clean and had easy access to the beach. It was close to restaurants and Fantasy Island and a very relaxing place to stay. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with paper plates, cups, silverware and dishes. Thanks to CJ upstairs for everything. We would definitely stay here next year.

Great week at this LBI beach house! It was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was in working order and easy to use! This was a very dog friendly neighborhood and house. Loved having a gate for the front porch for our dog. This is a great location. We loved walking to Nardi’s for dinner and the Açaí Bowl place for breakfast. Easy walk to the beach and so quiet. We sat in between the two life guards and felt like we had the beach to ourselves at times. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the second year my Family stayed at this location and it only got better. We had amazing weather, made multiple meals at home cooking on the grill and brought the dogs again. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Can't wait to come back next year for a third time!!

Def a no frills house. Very warn beds, furniture and dated house. Beach access was not the greatest I've experienced there. The house served its purpose. When you spend that kind of money a week to stay you'd expect some upgrades. Not a lot of electric outlets. Very pet friendly block. I was not thrilled with sharing outside shower, laundry line and back yard patio area with other tenant. I guess a duplex was not the correct choice for me.

The house is in a great location and was a perfect size. Very clean. EJ the house mgr on site was very nice. No cable, no mention of beach badges coming with house (bought some and discovered them after the fact) and no note on fridge with instructions on how to work roku (no regular cable), where to find beach badges, garbage schedule etc. the bed in the MBR is only a FULL and is extremely uncomfortable and very noisy when you move. All beds are very uncomfortable. No outlets or shelving in bathrooms and no mirrors in 2 other bedrooms which makes for 3 teens to come into the MBR to use the mirror and outlets to use a hair dryer/makeup.

We had a great week on LBI! Location can’t be beat! Washer/dryer and full kitchen made the stay comfortable for our family and the outdoor shower was a huge plus. Also, we LOVED being able to bring our dog! Thanks for a great stay 😀

It was everything you would want in a beach home. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to Nardis restaurant (excellent food) outdoor shower was well set up. Back yard has a grill and outdoor sink. The owner was very easy to contact. We highly recommend this property.

House was great for our family vacation! The beds could use an upgrade as they are very noisy and not the best comfort wise but just fine for the week. The front porch has a cute table and seating and half bath was perfect which were not in the pictures. Thanks!

This rental is close to beach on a street that doesn’t go through to main road so the beach was less crowded than others because day trippers don’t come down and park and walk to beach. I told the owner that the beds were a little hard and suggested replacing. Two days later 4 brand new beds were delivered and installed for us. I would recommend renting from this caring owner. My family and I couldn’t be more happy with our week at the beach and dealing with this owner who understands customer service, was a pleasure.

The listing was accurate and the house was accommodating just as it was shown. We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable with our stay. We were even able to have our dog join us for the first time and that just made the week so much more enjoyable. Looking forward to next year.
