Uses of contemporaneous “trunk slice” side tables lend a natural “ambiance” to the room
Wall-to-wall windows with large sliding glass doors, lead out to a covered patio – and on to the villa’s private swimming pool.

Leading off the living room, this comfortable space has large sectional couches.

The room is adorned with a miscellany of ornaments and accessories

TV Room:
At the top of the stairs is an additional “open space” where you can enjoy watching TV on a large, flat-screen television sitting atop a modern sideboard; OR

Adjacent to the living room in one continuous space, the dining area seats eight on six trendy chairs plus two upholstered dining room armchairs

Both are surrounded by slate-tile decks

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
