Situated near Seabrook’s exciting amenities, this villa offers the perfect island getaway. Head to the resort beach club to spend sun-kissed days by the Atlantic. Later, dip in the community indoor and outdoor pools or work out at the fitness center. Other Seabrook amenities include access to the equestrian center, two golf courses, and two restaurants.

Your peaceful villa features two stories of newly updated living space. Soaring ceilings flood the space with natural light. Two private decks offer serene marsh views. A large sectional provides ample seating around the 50” TV in the main living area. Other highlights include vaulted ceilings and stylish beach-themed decor. Create delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen – outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. When it’s time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table in the dining area.

Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed. Watch your favorite shows on the TV and sip morning coffee on the attached deck. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly on a king bed in the second bedroom, which also includes a 42” TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The loft area is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Write postcards at the desk or screen movies on the 32” TV.

Enjoy dinner with a view at the table on the deck overlooking the marsh. A gas grill is available for preparing your catch of the day. A second balcony has two chairs and a comfy loveseat.

THINGS TO KNOW
A Seabrook Island Club Amenity Card is required for access to all resort amenities. Amenity Cards can be purchased at the Amenity Office upon arrival or reserved in advance online and require a $15 deposit that will be refunded when the card is returned in usable condition. Amenity cards are available for a daily fee of $40 per group or a weekly fee of $225 per group. When paying the amenity fee, please select the number of days you will access the club facilities. If the Amenity Fee does not apply to your property, you can skip that selection. Guests staying in the same property that wish to link their own credit card will be charged a 50.00 admin fee per credit card.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely location on a pond, overlooking a golf course. We could watch the birds and wildlife all day! Rented bikes and short walk, bike to the beach. Room for 2-4, would be tight with more guests. Bathrooms could use an update but very comfortable home!

It was a very relaxing fall time we had on Seabrook. The place had all we needed. The shower curtain rods, need to be replaced though as the rods had seen better days (rusted) and caused the hooks to catch making it hard to pull the curtain closed. But, otherwise, no issues. I would stay there again.

Loved the location and house! Nice to watch the sunrise and set each day over the course. Can tell that the place was recently updated and owner did a great job. Kitchen has lots of nice upgrades and offerings. Beds were comfy! Managing company has some work to do though.
