The living room if so comfy and well laid out for relaxing after a long day of adventuring. A desk area is also provided for the remote business traveler and fiber wi-fi speeds at 300/300mbps.
Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features a King size bed and the second bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with a Pack-n-Play for your little one.

This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Condo was well appointed and spacious, with everything we needed. Outdoor deck great for breakfast. Condo just a half block off the main street so easy access to everything in Ouray, but still quiet. Hosts were very responsive. Loved this stay!

We had a fantastic “girls” trip to Ouray. Four moms getting away for a week in gorgeous Ouray. House was perfect and location was amazing. We were able to walk the entire town easily. My only suggestion is to add a wine opener to the kitchen gadgets. We will be booking agein!

This property exceeded expectations. Very clean. Well stocked. (I love a well seasoned cast iron skillet) Convenient location to Main Street. You’re literally a few steps from the grocery store, coffee shops, etc. the town quiets down by 7:30pm so being that close is not an issue. We spent most mornings and evenings from the porch, watching the town wake up and settle down. Great communication with property manager. Simply an all around great experience.

During my son's graduation trip, we decided to spend a few days in Ouray. I had looked at multiple properties, but finally settled on this unit due to the reported cleanliness and location. We arrived late, and the check in process was seamless. The unit was just as described and exceptionally clean and well appointed. As a matter of fact, it was one of the better appointed/decorated units I have ever stayed in. The unit is located directly in the center of town and is within easy walking distance to everything, including all of the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and hot springs. The property was also contained amenities not found at most properties (laundry detergent, nice cookware/range, beverage glasses, etc). The only thing that I misunderstood in the listing was the "Other Space - 1 Double Sofa Bed", thinking it was big enough for one of my teenage children. If I had read the listing more closely, I would have noticed it specifically says "for small children". Just something to note in case you may miss it as well. All in all, I could not recommend this place, or the rental company more.

Loved this property! Was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our yearly trip Ouray. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to fuel up for a long day of Ice climbing. The window seat was the best part… gave a perfect view of the mountains and the town. Was a great location to whatever you needed in town. Also had the perfect area to store all our ice climbing gear. Would highly recommend, and will be our number one choice to stay when we come back next year.

I have been going to Ouray for the Ice Fest for 8+ years and would highly recommend the 6th Ave VRC condo. The place was perfect for my girlfriend, myself, and my friend. Great location where you can walk anywhere in town and a very nice setup. We will be staying here again!

The place is much more cozy and spacious than the pictures do it justice. It was literally a few steps away from everything on Main St., and we very much enjoyed the luxurious king sized bed in the main bedroom. We experienced sun, rain, and snow all in a few days and this was just the perfect place to come "home" to.

Location is downtown with convenient walking distance to groceries, liquor, equipment, apparel, and restaurants. Home is clean, comfortable, and modern. This is a second story loft so you will need to carry all luggage up 1.5 flights of stairs. Balcony is small but functional. The landscape views from the balcony are limited but does makes it feel like you are part of the downtown action. The property manager was quick to replace an empty BBQ propane tank, check-in and check-out was seamless. Parking is limited to a few spots in front of the loft, we had to wait until the crowds left to re-park our vehicle on most days. We would recommend this property and would re-book ourselves. A great vibe to the property.

Was perfect for party of 4 adults. Plenty of room. We went Jeeping every day so the location was perfect as a home base and a VERY short walk to everything in town. Unit is on second floor but it is only a very short straight up flight of stairs right by the door. Internet worked good. Lots of TV to choose from. Stocked with just about anything you would need. My only minor complaint would be is that the smaller bedroom closet is so full of towels, sheets and unusable plastic containers that's there hardly any room left for your clothes. But there was absolutely nothing that would keep us from staying there again.

This property is in a great location and the rental accommodations were outstanding. It had a good floor plan and the kitchen appeared to be recently remodeled. We only had one issue during our stay with the cable and the property manager took care of it within 15 hours of it being reported. If we had to mention a negative it would probably be the size of the bathrooms. There are plenty of really good places to eat and drink in Ouray. All within walking distance. There is a hiking trail that overlooks the town of Ouray which is worth experiencing. The trail has access to the lower Cascade Falls and Box Canyon which were both easy hikes from the property. Our group would definitely stay at this location again.

This condo is perfect! It's LARGE, CLEAN and 1/2 a block off of Main St. Close to the hot springs, jeep trails, etc.
We have NEVER stayed in a VRBO that was as well stocked as this one - it had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING.
Host responded to my one question within minutes. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about our stay or the property - will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU for a great long weekend!

This was a great condo! It was very large & recently updated. It was very clean in the unit, although the stairs & entryway in the building needed cleaning. The owners added so many little things to make the condo homey & comfortable.. One thing we would have liked was window coverings in the living room, to keep it cooler & for more privacy. The balcony was nice to sit on & there was a view of the downtown area and Cascade Falls.. Parking was usually available in front of the building on the street, which was convenient. It was a great location! We recommend this property.
