It’s a fair stay because of the friendly staff otherwise it’s really a poor one

Only the staff such as the guard and the reception staff

Location, accessibility to transport, room not provided with tissues, towels and blanket not given unless you will ask, soap and courtesy tooth brush and paste not given unless you will ask for it. Toilet paper not given at all because of no stock supply, bin not taken out from the room daily because no cleaning of the room unless you will check out

It´s realy a differt hotel.........

First of all, the hotel is cheap and the staff is polite and serviceminded. It´s lokated nearby Mactan airport and our need was just an overnightstay.

Well, getting there was difficult because the taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel. When we arrived, we noticed that it was alot of rooms (29 rooms) without windows. The rooms are small and you may say they are poor quality. At the frontdesk their is a pricelist that tell that you can rent room per hour........... We were out on the town until the evening and thought we would just sleep at the hotel, so it shouldn't be so hard. We had no idea how many short-term customers would come in the evening, so it was not a quiet night. The short-terms rent took place even on the morning the following day until we left.

Best avoided unless every other hotel is full!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is quite close to the airport.

The room we had (No 10) is in dire need of maintenance! Shower room door could not be shut - on loose hinges and no knob inside! Aircon unit poorly fitted, with many gaps to let in mosquitos. The hotel itself was noisy, with music playing until after midnight. The road to the hotel is a muddy track.

I had to stay here after missing the deadline for checking in at another hotel. The staff were so kind and friendly.
