disapointing

I will go back there for dinner the restaurant was good.

Bed was uncomfortable showers dont work properly and there is no Wi-Fi I personally wont sleep there again. on a positive note,

Big ups to Horseshoe and every person for making it a top notch place to be

It was very pleasure, it felt like home and everyone was just very friendly, which made it very much relaxing... I would recommend it to anyone

What's not to like?? From the pool to the bar/Restaurant, Everything is just top notch and very ideal for gatherings no matter big or small, Horseshoe Inn is definitely the place to be whenever you want to make a quick stop in kimberley

Lets just say it is what everyone needs after a long while of work and travel.

The breakfast was the highlight of my day, the staff was very helpful and determined to make sure that we are settled in.

Nothing, everything was good, the TV, the aircon and especially the peace and quiet

It was a lovely stay.. In this economy still managing to include breakfast in booking.. That's nice

Just to do routine checks on the guests and always keep open rooms for them.

The reception was friendly,my room was warm and clean.I loved the breakfast alot

very comfortable and a spacious room and easy access to the shops. Breakfast was great.

The room and is well maintained. the staff and receptionist were very helpful. the place is well placed near the mall and lots of shops which is a working distance from all your needs. I won't mind visiting the Horeshoe Inn again.

rooms are very comfortable and value for money. easy access to the garage and walking distance from the mall.

Linen worn out, looks dirty. See stains on photo. Aircon is old and load..Cabinet so old with dirty stains that I don't think can be removed. Not the 1st time that I had this same bad experience. Some other time it was so bad that I had to request another room. Some of the other units are really nice so it seems it depends which room you get. Definitely not worth R621 per night.
