Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food was extremely sub-par. I expected way better food quality than what was received. Friday night - food was cold Saturday night - no spaghetti, no tagliatelle and the mince was terrible. Definitely not Hotel Standard food.

Superb

Great hospitality, the staff went out of their way for myself and my dad that stayed there. We asked for halaal breakfast and they made it happen immediately, we were very well taken care of. Great staff, Nichole and Jojo were excellent.

The rooms could use more lighting, still quite dark with all the lights on.

Okay but will shop around for a different facility next time.

Staff was friendly.

No towels in the bathroom, taps had different tap heads and did not match. to much noise from the kitchen through the floor into the room. At dinner time enquired about what the options were, was told there was a buffet, after dinner and paying I saw a menu and enquired if one could have ordered off the menu to which the lady responded yes. I was not offered the menu option on my initial enquiry, as the buffet was limitless and food was not great, same with breakfast, food was not great.

If the property was better maintained it would have been better.

The location was central. The staff extremely helpful and the property was very clean.

The wash basin did not drain properly which constitutes for a health hazard.

Being in a nice clean environment. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Was very irritated that I had to wait for my room as there was no clean room ready. I was tied from a long drive, to only get my room way after check in in time.

It was good stay.

The location is perfect for taking a rest between Cape Town and Johannesburg travel.

The pool could be better. Kimberly is hot during summer season, and they have a round, not big enough and deep pool. The pool could be upgraded so the kids can enjoy swimming or playing in the water.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.
