Additional charges not described apply forced paid parking and resort fee not disclosed. Added an additional 50.00 to stay. Very old hotel a lot of general Maintenance concerns. The sunrise was nice but the hotel was not within walking distance of anything and with the forced valet parking made it not a pick I will make again.

I feel misled about the view as it was obstructed, the hotel is understaffed, it feels very antiseptic and there was extra undisclosed charges.

Terrible experience. Don’t stay here. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the price at all. There was weak internet at first and then no internet at all, which meant cash only for their overpriced food and water etc. The air conditioner barely worked. The television didn’t work so they offered a certain discount but then changed their story at checkout time. The woman was so rude to me when all I asked for was them to take off the agreed upon amount. There were constant construction noises, and this is the only place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t offer free coffee in the lobby - it costs ~$4 per tiny cup. Half the elevators weren’t working either - at one point there was only one working for the entire hotel including staff. It was literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I’ve traveled a lot in budget friendly places. This place was terrible. Never again.

The hotel is in beautiful location but unfortunately is not being maintained well. It is in major need of a remodel. It was clean, but drywall and bathroom finishes are chipping. The hallway smelled kind of like moth balls too. I would not have wanted to stay there more than one night. The resort amenities are lack luster.

We had the worst experience ever, our vacation was ruined. Front desk personnel were extremely rude, and unfriendly, other staff were rude as well. The ceiling was leaking, the shower curtains were ripped and dirty and toilet seat is broken!

Hotel room was nice and clean. Larger fridge and kitchenette was nice. Ordering food was expensive so I was glad Publix and Walmart were nearby. Not enough green space to walk the dogs. Had to walk to the hotel next door for grass. Valet parking was a zoo but efficient. Patience was a key factor. Concierge service was great.

we were evacuating on a budget from hurricane milton, our reservations were paid before we left our home in st petersburg which, was devastated by hurricane MIlton.When we arrived to the hotel we were hit with high resort fees and parking, which was not mentioned in our reservations. We had to leave and drive through tornados to get to safe space back in lithia fl. It was so frightening and disappointing that at that crisis we were forced to leave and not refunded even though I paid cancellation fee

Booked through VRBO for 10 days. Facility very old! Room view was more of poor roofing than ocean, tub old!!! and w/o a stopper. Toilet needed help refilling. Never met property mgr. Disappointing!

The hotel debited my card at 8am before we even got there. Then they up sold me to a room that wasn't the one I reserved through hotels.com because they debited my card and I wasn't there since check in is not until 4pm. We paid more for a room, there was only one stove top that worked, the lighting was missing, noise made from banging, MANDATORy valet whether you want to or not. We had to pay $500 more for our room total$1300.00 verses $717 through hotel. com. This hotel needs to be closed down. The employees are rude and most don't speak english.

I think the check in time is too late because I arises about 3am and my check in time was 4pm so I have to wait till about 9am I talk to someone an I was tired and sleepy but it work out for me because the lady check me in for 9:30am because she understand and it was my birthday as well so it works out in the end for me i was a little frustrated .and I think there charge too much for parking as well it was $30 a night for park it should be in your stay are it should be less money for parking.

The hotel is on the older side, bathroom is very old, everything was peeling, AC is very loud. There was 2 small bottles of water when we checked in and i asked once to get 1 more, they said they dont provide any. Pool is nice and clean. I guess you get what you pay for. Area around hotel is nice, shops near by.

We had a great stay! Yes, the property is old. If you are looking for a fancy stay, look somewhere else. But this property has access to the same things as other hotels along the beach line. The staff is great, always helpful, if you need to get extra towels or anything else, you will get it. Ramada has a nice pool and access to the beach. Downstairs there is a pizza restaurant with pretty good food. There’s a souvenir store that also has some food items. I like the fact that rooms have a small kitchen and have pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. If you want to save some $$$ and don’t mind cooking, it’s a great place. There’s a supermarket in a walking distance. There’s also a playground across the road, my kids liked it. Overall, it’s a great place for your money! Very decent.

I went before the Covid and it was great. A nice room with balcony and there was a bar at the lobby with happy hour and a great restaurant for breakfast. Now they don’t exist anymore and we have to get breakfast outside in the pool area. We were all wet as it was raining these days. The room was tiny with old and ver small furnitures and the view was horrible with a dead bird in the window :( what a big change since my last stay!

Valet parking was expensive and the hallway the rooms are in smell so bad! Like pot and BO!!! The ceiling was falling in and the bathroom sink didn’t drain and the faucet was broken. Security was mid and rules were annoying

Waited to 4 Pm from noon I was there, to be given a different room than the one i was supposed to get because it had to be inspected by supervisor that apparently was too busy. Room was very disappointed, this is my 3rd time here and always had very good rooms. The guy in the front just lie to me saying the room he was giving me was the same as the one I was supposed to get.

Bathroom sink in room had a large crack and the water had been turned off. When I brought to the attention of the front desk was told that someone would be sent to address the issue. No one ever showed up. At check out I again brought it up and was told that the room was not suppose to be in service and that we should have been moved to another room. That also never happened. We had to use the kitchenette sink as a bathroom sink. The air conditioner only works when set at lowest temperature, so you either freeze or sweat. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. But the rest of the hotel needs to be addressed. Also the valet is horrible. It took almost an hour to get our car.
