I was very unhappy with the condition of this La Quinta. I have stayed at many before and they have always been clean and excellent. This one however was very dirty. I have pictures of how disgusting the bathroom was and I had to kill (step on) two bugs first thing in the bathroom. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work—only had volume no picture. Two towels and only one washcloth and there were three of us staying which they knew in advance. No bedding for couch so two of us had to share one of the beds. Table and coffee table had stuff on them that wasn’t cleaned off. Pool and hot tub were out of the building in a different building and it was 20-30 degrees out and no extra towels to even use them. I was there for a medical procedure for my daughter and we drove 8 hours to get there and was too exhausted to deals with the mess and was too late to make other accommodations. I went to front desk to turn in keys at 6am and asked for a receipt and he wouldn’t print one for me, said because I had booked through a third party. I have always gotten a printed receipt at every other hotel I’ve stayed at when I check out. I voiced how disappointed I was in the 11am when they checked the room. It is still being held at 9:00 pm. I would never stay there again nor recommend that particular La Quinta to anyone. PLEASE RELEASE MY $100-I already paid for the room.

We didn’t even stay here! The location has horrible there was homeless walking around everywhere. Dirty all around, do not recommend. Definitely should not be a property listed on hotels or anywhere

This place is a dump- filthy & old: the sheets were torn,
No elevator at all,we stayed on the 2nd floor & had to haul our luggage up a filthy stairwell w sticky handrails. there were homeless people in & out of the hotel. The furniture was really aged. Do not recommend this property at all- it should not be listed on Hotels.com.

The key was blocked several times, causing problems entering the building and the room. I had to go to the reception to have the key activated again.

Drug addicts around property outside.
Room smelled of bad chemicals.
Good / average breakfast.
Good location except the bums now living around the area.

When I asked for extra towels I was told that they were out for the night and I could call housekeeping at 8 in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was strong enough to remove paint from a wall and in the morning i was greeted with a cockroach when I got up to use the restroom.

I could not believe the overall terrible conditions of this hotel. I almost just left to go somewhere cleaner and safer. There were obvious drug people in the parking lot and hookers working the area. My wife and I spent 11 nights on the road all in different hotels and this one was the worst hands down! Morning came and we could not leave fast enough!

The location was easy to get to right off the interstate and about 15 minutes from the airport. The building sits in an area where there is a lot of foot traffic passing through the parking. Some people might feel uncomfortable by themselves after dark. We chose to park on the far side of the building because of it. The building itself was run down and not very clean. As we walked into the building towards the room, the carpet was what I would call nasty. Old stains and dirty. There was a random hole in the ceiling and stuff on the floor. The room itself was clean and the A/C was cold. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The room was nothing special. The bathroom was outdated and worn out and the shower head was at the height for someone 5 foot tall or less. The staff was friendly and the stay was fine. Nothing terrible but nothing great.

You need to clean the outside and inside of your property with a pressure washer and start again.

The first room I opened the door a cloud of cigarette smoke hit me in the face. 2nd room, had hair all over the bathroom, a glob of toothpaste by the bathtub. 2 blood stains on the carpet. I spoke to the front desk person, who was not happy to see me. 3rd room. Someone had broken a ball point blue pen in the bathtub. Two big spots of blue ink was slowly running down the drain. The room smelled of mold and mildew and I recommend you keep your shoes on at all times. Back at the front desk, I asked to see another room, all rooms were booked. It was getting late and I'm beyond exhausted so I asked for cleaning supplies and I'll clean the second room. "you want to stay?" "I'll stay if I can clean the room. Please give me the cleaning supplies." The man at the front desk said he would have house keeping clean the room. I stood out side the room while house keeping cleaned. They put clean sheets on the bed, "mopped" the bathroom and sprayed air freshener directly in the heating/AC unit on the wall. I didn't trust the carpet, it was still dirty. So I put towels on the the floor. I checked out in the morning. I found another place to stay for the rest of my trip. The hallways were dark, the carpet was grease stained. The whole inside was not clean. The Ice, vending machine area had caked on dried lint over the vents and smelled of mildew, mold and cigarette smoke. The outside is disgusting. DO NOT STAY AT THIS La Quinta!!

There are a-lot of homeless people and very sketchy people on and around the property. The hotel STINKS like cigarettes and who knows what else and they try covering the smell with cleaning chemicals which makes it worse! The smell of the breakfast area in the morning is SO DISGUSTING!
The staff were friendly at least!

The place was terrible. Homeless people outside. The hallway leading to room was full of trash. Kids running around in the hallway. The bed was sunken in. Bathroom was super dirty and to top it off carpet was full of dog hair. I would not recommend anybody take their family here.

The rooms were very clean. It was a quiet place for the area. No issues at all.

Lots of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel. Homeless sneaking in the back for breakfast. Several hooded men walking the interior trying all the room doors. One guy tried to follow my wife and children to our room so she walked to the front for security and he bolted. Lots of long term folks with cats and dogs. Very stinky with trash laying around on the interior floors. Roaches in our room... Ick.

The area was unsafe and the hotel was dirty. Our bed was dirty and we asked for clean comforter since the one that was on the bed was stained but the hotel had said they did not have enough comforters.

This property is the filthiest place i have ever stayed. Cats roaming at 2am, the carpets dont look like they have been cleaned since they were installed. People sellong drugs outside the hotel and weren't even shy about it. I would recommend new management that actually knows how to maintain and operate a hotel.

Terrible grounds and facility. Here’s the topper: the young front desk gentleman told me he couldn’t help me because “solo espanol.” Well sir, you should stop judging books by the cover. I am blonde haired, blue eyed and fluent in Spanish. So much to his surprise I asked him to help me in Spanish and address the disgustingly overflowing trash can next to the “food” that was places out for breakfast. He and 3 other staff members had enough time to hang out and converse and I seemed to bother them by asking them to do one of their jobs. Whomever owns this place, please reach out. I am for hire and could turn this around for you.
Pool area and facilities are atrocious also. 1/10 not safe for kids with the amount of homeless crackheads circling the parking lot.

I did not like that the photos are outdated and the hotel looked completely different on the out and inside. Was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the service. Would not recommend staying here. Pay the extra money to be in a safer and more well kept environment.

This place should not be in business. First thing pulling up, there was homeless people hanging out by the fence. The workers were outside smoking. Check in went on, the front desk gal said maybe 3 words to me. I found where my room was and pulled the vehicle over to the side door. The door is locked 24/7 it says. Fact is, it is t locked at all. Anyone at any time can walk in the side door. Upon first entering, the whole area smells like cigarettes and marijuana. The carpets are filthy and the walls are scuffed. Walking up the stairs, it looks the same. Upon entering the second floor hallway, first thing you see is scuffed doors, and a hole in the ceiling. The whole hallway is littered with torn wallpaper, scuff marks and terribly soiled carpet. It was appalling. Wires and duct tape were coming from the ceiling and slapped on the walls. Getting to our room, the door stuck. Almost like fresh paint and it wasn’t allowed to dry. For the most part the room was in decent shape. You can tell it was cleaned because it smelt like enough fabuloso to make you uneasy. The scary part was at night. After dinner, it appeared to be many addicts in the parking lot. Many coming from the other hotel. Half had pit bulls with them and weapons. One guy who followed my family in to the hotel had a billy club and a joint in his ear. one guy was tweaking. My biggest mistake this trip was not immediately leaving. As it was non refundable, we were stuck staying here. Never stay at Wyndham hotel again!
