I made a last minute booking to have a comfortable sleep and stay but in vain. While time it smelled if someone is smoking weed in the adjoining room or the stairwell beside my room.

The attitude of the front desk staff was terrible throughout our stay. Not with just one person. Just a cranky and cold vibe with some attitude. It made me very uncomfortable. The beds are super hard too. I did however enjoy the pool and hot tub and the women who oversee the breakfast area. They are very sweet.

Was unaware of needing a cash security deposit even though the room was fully paid for upon arrival for check in. And the evening manager was rather rude and would not let my son and I use the pool until ten ( because my son is a teenager) even though the check in manager said it was fine as long as my son was with me.

Bed Bugs were in there ! I myself got bitten 5 times to a point it woke me up out of my sleep have video footage and pictures. Hotel staff waited 5 hours to do something about it . Called to get a refund through the 3rd party hotel never answered for them . I sent my documents to the 3rd party and that was how I was able to get a refund . HIGHLY WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

There was a camera in the wall socket, and there where bed bugs on the mattress. Paid $130 for a Jacuzzi room. Disgusted and would love my money back as I've been trying to get refunded....

I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and clean. The staff was vey attentive. The only problem was that I could not use the pool any of the 4 day stay due to many kids being in the pool area and playing and the chlorine smell was way too strong.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible and we couldn’t take a good shower. The refrigerator didn’t work the whole night but mysteriously started working at check out. They say no parties but there was a kids party and they were loud

The cleanliness was not good, the mirrors were filthy, hairs in the bed, on the toilet, sheets clearly not washed in between guests. When I addressed the issue they showed me a couple more rooms and 2 of 3 were dirty as well. If I wasn’t so tired & didn’t feel like searching for somewhere else to stay the night I definitely wouldn’t have kept my reservation.

Blackout curtains are black out dark. Room A/c is amazing. I had it on 64f in a heat wave. So cold. So dark. Hot 🔥 tub is amazing. So hot. Spent 2 days floating in a hot tub watching tv. It was amazing. Room is a lil old. Cracks in the marble and glass block of the hot tub. Just adds character if you ask me. Worth the money. Get the hot tub room

Children running through the hallways all hours of the night, adults screaming and fighting in the hallways. My husband was bitten by bed bugs on his arm and stomach. The room was very dirty, even a red stain on the carpet that was freshly cleaned that looked like blood. Dirty walls, the drapes were all ripped up so that the parking lot lights shined through the window all night. We had a hellish night of sleep,,, with me having to have a full day of serious medical testing early in the morning. When I checked out the lady wouldn't even give me a receipt for the room she told me WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE my deposit of $100.00 would go back on my card in 3-10 business days talk about rude. That she was very rude. In all my life I have never been to a Hotel this dirty and treated so rudely by a front desk person. If you are booking for the pool and hot tub don't bother it is over run with little kids that are dropped off by there parents left to run ramped so nobody can enjoy the pool or hot tub. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..

Did not sleep at all. There was fighting and fights happening outside our door all night from 12-4am. Screaming yelling, doors slamming, running in the hallway, pounding on the doors. I want a refund.

We were traveling on the road and needed to book a hotel for the night. We accidentally chose this location not realizing it was still a long drive away from where we were. We immediately called hotels.com and asked them to contact the hotel for a cancellation request. Hotels.com tried asking them multiple times, but the hotel absolutely refused. Keep in mind we had just booked the reservation only minutes ago. They explained to them numerous times that we booked it on accident but the hotel repeatedly refused to accommodate us. We ended up having to pay even more for another hotel because there was no way we could stay at that one. Really upsetting that they did not care at all about our situation. I will absolutely never book a Best Western again because of this lack of customer service care.

Not necessarily the hotels fault but people in the room across from us yelling in the middle of the night and they had a dog in the hallway at 3:30am. Then the police came.. more yelling. We barely slept..

Under the bed had trash, the shower was dirty Also someone walked in my room because they were told that was the room they were supposed to be in Also it seemed like a hotel for the locals to come and get rooms the staff kept telling people not to have parties or they would get out out There were people smoking weed outside the pool sitting area It was a very strange stay we left early checked out 10pm the night before we were to leave and just drove home
