My room was clean and the cleaning crew was great. I was here for over two weeks so I would leave them a note of different items I needed but I didn't need regular cleans, but they often did it anyway. Super nice. The only issue on cleanliness was that there was a sucker on the floor at the rear hotel entrance for over a week. Finally someone picked it up and put it on the wall heater, where it is likely to stay for months as it blends into the wall. I have stayed here before and it was great but this time not so much. I booked a courtyard room and did not get that. My coffee pot wouldn't work and neither did the new one. Maintenance came got it to work but the pod blew up in it and they left it for me to clean, (in maintenance defense, I don't think he realized it blew up in the coffee pot) when I did clean the coffee pot, it still didn't work. Finally the second new one did work. Last time I stayed they had smart TV's so I could sign into my netflix, but this room did not so bring a computer and a HDMI cord if you want access to movies. When I first arrived all my channels worked but on election night CNN stopped working and it was never fixed and 10 days later it was still not working. Breakfast at this hotel is the best in town for a continental but they changed some things and they no longer offer shredded cheese and peppers to add to the eggs, which actually made a big difference. The staff in the restaurant and the hotel cleaning staff are really great.

Well the huge black hairs in the shower and bed were a turn off from the get go. Didn’t notice until morning of check out. Wanted to complain but was in a huge rush for work. Restaurant service was below average. Took order, dropped drinks. Dropped off food then collected money. We were out on the patio and it seems we were just forgotten. Food was good though. Dream nod stayed empty for some time. Never came to check if food was ok. As I previously worked under the best western banner, I always relied on super clean and awesome service. Disappointed.

Overall the place was okay, you pretty much get what you pay for. The breakfast was decent, definitely nothing to rave about. All the staff were friendly and we were even able to check in two hours early. The grounds and facilities were clean, and you could see workers nonstop pretty much either maintaining the pool/hot tub, the grounds etc. The only downside was there seemed to be a lack of front desk staff. I tried to go ask them something and there was 4-5 groups of people trying to check in/out or get assistance from the staff yet only one person working. I returned to my room and decided to call down instead and collectively (tried calling 3x) was on hold for 40 minutes with no one ever answering. Additionally, I had pre paid fully for our 3 night stay, yet they were pre-authorizing my credit card each night. I had to go talk to the front desk and ask what these charges were and they said the person who checked me in must’ve mistakenly charged my card. I understand mistakes happen but when I checked in they confirmed with me that I had paid in full so it’s confusing why someone would acknowledge that and then still proceed to charge the card.

If your staying for more then 2 days in one of the rooms that are dog friendly, you have to bag them to clean your room and change towels. Staff are a bit rude.

Stayed 3 nights with 2 rooms the only issue was that one of the rooms was dog friendly and we ask the front desk if the dog had to be out of the room so HK can clean and change towels. When I got back at 10pm no had come and the front office left a note fo HK to go first thing. On the 2nd day I ask at 8am and took the dog out until 11am. Once I noticed that still nothing has happened I had to go ask again because no one ever went, at this point the front desk clerk got upset and said "There is no specific time for HK to clean and I would have to wait, I made it clear to her that Ive been waiting for a hole day in a half and that this service should be included. Once I left she expressed herself very loud with an "UFF" Which I found very rude. I would like to thank the front desk clerk Gloria for her excellent service. Wish all the staff could be more helpful and appreciate what they do.

Property is starting to show its age. Rooms in the tower need refreshing of paint and flooring and maintenance with the bathroom. Plugged sink broken tap and some general maintenance. The beds were fantastic and room was spacious.

Stayed for 8 nights in an executive suite with kitchen and work/living space. It was great, very clean and quiet. The only issue was the air conditioning (forced air), stopped working one later afternoon. They had it programmed and preset, turned out it was a computer tech issue which was fixed mid-morning the next day. It was a relief because the temperature was in the mid-30s Celsius. Breakfasts were injured which were simple but to expectation. Would stay here again in the future.

Great stay, staff were excellent. Room was a deluxe balcony with a nice view of the mountains east of Kelowna. Breakfast was like we were used to pre-Covid. Many hotels have never gone back or only serve cereals, toast, and juice. I did find the rates high compared to other local offerings, but it is high season, and for us a special occasion (Anniversary), so a special treat. Pricing on Expedia stated taxes included, but they were over and above the stated price. Next time I think we will book direct, better rates and up front pricing.
