great location in Wauwatosa, close to the Interstate 41. There is a 24hr Denny's and a 24hr Walrgreens within walking distance so that even if you arrive late in the evening you have options. The Mayfair mall is also very close by. Location, location, location :-) The American Family Field is quite easy to reach with a car as well. This is the main reason I keep coming back to this hotel. The service is average, friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which unfortunately only uses disposable plates and silverware (not ideal in my book), is decent however. The ladies that are in charge of breakfast are absolutely top notch! Friendly and extremely helpful! Even if you wake up a bit late, and you kindly ask, they may just let you grab a bagel or the like ;-.) If you have a choice, do not get a room on the ground floor. We got a room there this time and it was across the hall from a maintenance room and thus it was quite loud. The 2nd and 3rd floor are much quieter. The bathrooms on the groundfloor, in my room this time anyway, could use a renovation. Everything works... but it they are showing significant wear and tear. Overall, this experience was as good as the last several.

The good: sheets are silky smooth, bed is comfy, great water pressure in the shower. The not-so-good: Room was not available at 3 pm check-in. Came back at 4:30 pm and still had to wait. Bathroom is dimly lit, showerhead is way too low (even for a short person), bathroom exhaust fan didn't remove any moisture from the shower, so entire bathroom was constantly damp. Spider in the room, dirty corners on the bathroom floor. So, a mixed bag. For the price, I expected better.

Came to see the IndyCar races at the Milwaukee Mile. Property was clean and convenient.. Denny’s across the street. A particular plus was the breakfast.. the woman who cared for the breakfast was great.. one of the cleanest hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.. will definitely book the property again

The hot breakfast was great always stocked and courteous kitchen staff as well as front desk staff. The carpet and vinyl floors were not clean in our room. The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of towels and amenities.

When we arrived we got settled from a long drive, our sink would not drain well and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We informed from desk and they brought us a plunger in a garbage bag. Nothing would work and sent no one to fix it. So we were moved to room #2, got unpacked and then… no air, informed desk, no apologies nothing, just handed us another key and told us room #. When eating breakfast we observed the staff that was getting everything ready close half the door at 9:25 and 9:30 on the dot she closed it and Would not allow anyone to grab anything extra.

Very dirty room. Blood in my daughters comforter, they didn't have a clean one to give her. Toilet ran all night. Grungy, dirty, cracked shower. My feet were black walking around room.

The bathroom was old and needed work. Didn't take a shower because the calking turn black. The trap door above the shower had rust and the paint had peeled off. The countertop didn't fit. And the bathroom door was broken at the bottom.

Our stay was excellent, the staff was very polite & helpful. Breakfast was good. The only negative was the toilet didn’t flush well. You had to flush several times to get the toilet paper to go down.

On the first day of the stay, the bathroom faucet and bath were dirty and there was a dirty wash cloth which shows that the cleaning ladies knew the bathroom could not be cleaned because there was no running water in Room 508. We had to wait 8 hours till 3pm to get another room because we were told that no rooms were available. Therefore, our whole day was wasted. I took pictures and reported to Dave, the manager who promised to deduct some money from our stay. This was not done. Room 508 should not have been assigned to anyone.

We stayed here for Harley Homecoming and we'd definitely stay again. Our room was comfy and the beds were perfect. The hotel was full, so its understandable that staff couldn't keep up with demand. That's ok because we went to Midtown Grill and had one of our fave breakfasts ever.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Close to Mayfair Mall and downtown Wauwatosa and walking trails. Included BF was fairly good, but Denny's is right next door if you chose. Bed were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small for a two queen bed room. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Well, breakfast was supposed to be served till 10 AM. I got down there at 9:30 and told the lady they were out of sausage gravy and oatmeal and cartons of milk. And she not her head at me and 20 minutes later nothing else has been placed out and I asked her about it and she goes. What’s gonna take 20 minutes and I said well I asked you 20 minutes ago and she says well it’s too late for us to open anything else up, so I was pretty disappointed with not getting breakfast on that first day.

our stay was great. husband had surgery at Froedtert and our daughter and son-in-law can from Idaho with their camper and the staff did everthing to make us comfortable.The breakfast was great and the lady was so kind and caring. It was a great stay at such a stressful time for our family. Thank you to the amazing staff.

The water for the sink and shower in our first room didn’t work. We were moved to another room and the shower was difficult to turn on and didn’t get hot water for several minutes. There were also a few large insects in the bathroom sink and shower.

In town for a very early next day medical appointment. Greeted by Sandra in the evening, she was pleasant and even brought up a new tv remote when ours wasn’t working. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

It’s the worst holiday inn I’ve stay. I travels 20 states due to work and it’s so far ok with IHG. It’s clearly understaffed. No security person at night and they had people yelling inside of hotel floors during 11-2am without interference. There is only a woman in the front 2am at night and she can’t do anything about it. The only thing good is the breakfast serve hot gravy which is nicely made. Breakfast is sufficient and nice, couple woman employee are nice, howeve I don’t feel secure stay in this hotel. I stayed 4 days and saw two nights people just smoke weeds o outside. Room is old, not worth the price. No one clean the room daily and shower curtain is missing. Bathroom dirty. Too many things are wrong at this place. Several guest have complained to manager and hope it gets better for Milwaukee are.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Milwaukee. It was close to downtown and convenient to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We were very pleased with our stay.

Did not have any rooms cleaned at 4 pm. Lobby overflowing with people waiting for rooms. We had an obligation so we couldn't wait. We'll be checking in at midnight.

We liked the easy access to the property. It would be nice if the staff checking you in would have the authorization to change the reservation for a military discount when asked. The person at the counter said she couldn't change it because it was booked online.

Shower was toooo hard to pull knob out to use. Toilet send was very very loose almost were you could not use it. Door hard to shut. I think some handy man is not working just playing game on his phone and not getting things repair. Stay some where else.
