My stay is always comfortable and relaxing at extended stay but I wish they brought back breakfast. Coffee after a good nights rest is much needed along side a muffin.

The room was old and smelly. The walls required fresh paint. The furnace ran all night and was loud. There were no receptionists on duty until 10/11 am . I could not drop off my key in the morning. Nice dropping and rat traps in the hotel room.

My stay at extended stay is always welcoming and very praceful as well as comfortable.

First off my house has mold and I needed a place quickly. I have 2 kids 5 & 2 so I was very concerned about staying in a hotel. I also needed to be able to cook meals and store food. I looked thru 20 hotels price and SAFETY WITH EXTREME CLEANLINESS BEING MY MAIN CONCERN'S! I saw this only had 2.5 ratings but it had a full kitchen so I said let's try it for at least a week taking a chance! I didn't know what to expect, but to my Wonderful surprise it Has turned out to be A DIAMOND IN THE RUFF! OPEN THE DOOR NO FOUL SMELL BEDS WERE FRESHLY MADE SHEETS CLEAN! NOT A ONE BEDBUG (MY BIGGEST FEAR!) NICE FULLY FUNCTIONING KITCHEN GOOD SIZE ROOM BATHROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND NEW A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIDE BUT NO COMPLAINTS! MY ONLY THING I DISLIKED IS HOUSE KEEPING COULD SWEEP N MOP BETTER AND WIPE DOWN A LITTLE MORE! BUT OVER ALL AFTER I CLEANED UP MY WAY IT WAS FINE! IT WASN'T NASTY JUST COULD DO BETTER FOR THE PRICE PAID!!! BUT MS LIZZ THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER IS TOTAL AWESOME HELPFUL AND KIND MAKING CHECK IN A SMOOTH BREEZE AND SHE TAKES CARE OF ANY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY! THE LOCATION IN ITS SELF IS WALKABLE TO ANYTHING YOU NEED THE AREA IS SAFE. NOW WHAT I WILL SAY ITS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT SO FAR SO GOOD. I ACTUALLY EXTENDED MY STAY BY A WEEK AND BECAME A MEMBER THIS WILL BE THE ONLY HOTEL I STAY AT AGAIN! MY ADVICE IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT GO FOR IT YOU WANT REGRET IT! IT DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE 2.5 STARS I PERSONALLY GIVE IT A 4.5 AND IM VERY PICKY WITH EXTREME O.C.D.

We checked in after hours but the clerk was very nice. The bathtub and sink were not clean. Very little bathroom tissue. Two rolls didn't make a fourth of a roll. Luckily I keep tissue in my car or my wife would have been very upset.

I arrived and everybody was very friendly. The room was very clean cleanest I've been in in a while best night's sleep in a long time and I'm very grateful for everyone here

The room smelled like a gallon of garlic with poured all over. The TV didn’t work. The beds are unmade.

very dated. needs updating ie new carpet for sure.
