This was a room that was booked with my 80 year old mother and my two grandchildren ages 1 and 4. First of all there were holes in the curtain, we found chicken nuggets and fries along with tons of crumbs in the drawer of the night table, we had the thermostat set at 90 and still were freezing due to the AC unit not having a cover in it and cold air coming in and desk could not find one, there was no plug for the tub and one could not be found, pool area was dirty gum and garbage in ground and hot tub disgusting. Was offered to move to another room but would have been to difficult with everything we had for my mom and grandkids

I have stayed here many times this year and notice that the staff works very hard. They are always friendly, professional and welcoming and have accommodated what I needed at every stay. Rates are great and breakfast is cooked to order and hot. Thank you Days Inn Bismarck staff

The last tine I stayed here i noticed a difference. I used to think this hotel was great! It wasnt a luxury place but good enough and above other hotels. Nowadays its starting to see some wear and tear. This time i had a 2nd floor room. Door B doesnt lock up. Room was clean, comfortable enough. My room didnt have a fridge but thay could have been an oversight on my part. The stairs going up to my room, i could feel a couple of them move while walking on them. I also noticed a price increase. When i could pay this same amount for a jacuzzi suite room before this trip. The check in process was fine..however they only did one night on my key, i was staying 2 nights. Only got 1 hot breakfast slip- but i didnt use it anyway. Just thought it was odd. When my key stopped working i understood why. I was hoping my last stay here was just one of those days. After this trip...its wasn't. Unfortunately this hotel is going down hill. It needs renovations and maybe some updates. Kind sad to see. This was a favorite place to stay for me.

Hotel has some natural wear and tear, but some were inconveniencing such as the lock on the door not releasing so you have to insert your card several times and then lift up on the door itself to enter.

The man serving the breakfast was very friendly but there were limited breakfast choices. I also liked the hot tub and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I was not impressed with my stay there. The first key they gave me did not open the door unless it was swiped about 15 times. I went back to the desk and mentioned it could be a safety issue if I had to try multiple times to open the door. The guy working seemed annoyed that he had to help me. He shrugged his shoulders and said he could move me to a different room but it was upstairs and they had no elevator. I asked if I could get a new key and he then gave me one. That key worked fine. The closest access to my room was door B (at the back of the property) which was never locked. The last night I was there someone was knocking on my door at 3:25 a.m. I didn't answer but when I got up to leave at 5:15 a.m. I went to get ice and saw a man and woman messing with the coin machine in the laundry room. They did not appear to be guests at the hotel and I saw them again walking across the highway when I left. When I checked out the same guy was there as when I checked in. Again, he seemed inconvenienced when I asked for a receipt. I may have had a different experience there if a different employee had been on duty. I do understand there are staffing issues at most hotels, but this one could definitely use some improvement.

Enjoyed the pool though it was dark after sun went down and no lights were turned on by staff. Breakfast was average. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t appreciate that pillows were folded in half in pillow case. Room was clean. Small bathroom but clean

I booked online and couldn't get Veterans discount. The jacuzzi tub in the room didnt work. Kept on blowing the fuse everytime we turned it on. 3x. A.lamp was broken and some of the outlets didnt work. The staff were.kind and helpful and the bed was to my liking. May stay again so fix the electricty. Hagn.

We were just traveling through…. On a long trip from Montana to New York.The staff were friendly and efficient, our room clean and the amenities nice! Best part was the made to order breakfast.. the atmosphere was positive, uplifting and a great start to our day. The cook was so courteous and fast! Much appreciated !

I actually ended up not staying. I checked in and went to see the room that they initially gave me and it Smelled horrible. It smelled like stale water or mold. So I tried to change rooms. The second room was down a different hallway where the carpet filthy and was very loose and lifting…pretty dangerous for somebody that has trouble walking. The next room smelt sour so I asked the manager to come smell the room with me and his response was maybe I just don’t have that good and knows but I don’t smell anything. I just asked for my money back and went to the neighboring hotel.

The room was small, the TV did not work, the wifi was HORRIBLE, the hallway smelled like rotting animal/trash, the doors locked poorly or not at all, crackheads were in and out of the building and one also banged on our door at 4am looking for someone. There were numerous sketch people outside the building as well. The bathroom smelled sour and the towels were all stained. The bed was very uncomfortable 0/10. Would not recommend.

Very dated. Room was incredibly small, no fridge or microwave. Bathroom had black mold along edges and toilet would barely flush. Air conditioner barely worked, making the room even more uncomfortable. Breakfast was great. Give thst guy a raise.

The staff was great and very friendly. The surrounding area has a lot with walking distance. The room however was dank and had a weird odor. For some reasons the pillows were all small, like travel pillows. Some of the lights didn’t work and the tub had mold in the caulk lines.

The pictures are not updated. This place is outdated, run down, and smells like weed. Save your money and book at the Staybridge down the road. We walked in, walked out and stayed at the Staybridge.

When we arrived Door B (the door we were told to use) the latch was broken. Some people were also having a tailgating party and were parked right by the door. We had to walk around garbage and beer cans. At least in the morning when we left they were picked up.

The photos must be very old because this place is incredibly run down and dirty. I would not stay here again even alone let alone ever bring a child here. Do not stay here.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Most of the building looked like it could use a really good vacuuming. When I checked in the guy at the desk talked so fast I had a hard time understanding him. All other staff was VERY nice. The grill broke Sat so we couldn't have the made to order breakfast. Sun we could have eggs and sausage, but no hashbrowns or bacon.
