two nights for visit Bordeaux, location tram on walking distance. Hotel is near road whit lots of traffic.personal is very friendly and helpful.

Bonjour. Séjour sympa. Accès à l'hôtel facile. Bruit de l'autoroute non perçu fenêtre fermé. Relativement calme. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.Merci.

Zeer aangename en vlotte check-in. Ruim voldoende parking. Correcte kamer, juist in verhouding tot de prijs. Er zijn een aantal eetmogelijkheden in de buurt, zeker als je met de auto bent. Het ontbijt is correct en in verhouding tot de prijs.

The location was ok. Due to covid we did not have our room clean every day which was understandable but we did not get enogh towels or pillows. Otherwise everything was fine.

Stay was comfortable, but only after settling into the third room. The first room - the toilet flush did not work. OK, this happens. Reception upgraded me but gave me a room that when I opened the door, there was another person getting out of the shower. The third room was perfect. Before attributing a second room to a guest you should always verify that it is not occupied. And if reception work is done by a trainee the manager or supervistor should be checking the trainee's work. it was not the trainee's fault. this should not happen

Seul bémol: on était en face de la lingerie. Les personnes qui y travaillent ne prennent pas de précaution particulière pour les chambres attenantes dont la mienne et donc on a été réveillé par les bruits réguliers! Pas cool!

Un hôtel qui mériterait une rénovation, ma chambre non fumeur sentait la cigarette. Le restaurant y est correct avec une grande terrasse. Respect situation avec Covid : J'ai trouvé très étrange que le petit déjeuner soit servit sous forme de buffet avec des pinces en inox que tout le monde manipule avec ses mains, en revanche il faut porter le masque pour ce déplacer .....étrange non ?? Personne ne nettoyait ces pinces inox durant le temps de mon petit déjeuner ...

This has to be one of the worst ibis we have ever stayed at, the room was so small good job we never had a cat because we could never had been able to swing it. There was no Airconditioning so we had to open the window, but the room we had was overlooking the roundabout, and the noise was unbelievable it sounded like we were on the cercuit at a Grand Prix, all in all it was one of the most dreadful experiences we have ever had to endure, and for an honest opinion it should be demolished, I will be making a claim for full compensation. Very disgruntled customer.
