very noisy at night , tv was not working, fridge locked never seen that at 2024 anywhere, water temperatur either boiling hot or cold, beds are terrible when put as double you find yoursels in the morning 1m apart as they move you even fart location very good i give credit for that,parking ok, cost 7€ per night,

Very friendly staff. Super breakfasts, so much choice and very delicious 😋. Sadly no kettle or tea and coffee in the room. No use of the fridge or safe in the room. Beds very soft and cosy if you like that!!

Almost 5 star, only problem was that the hotel is marked as a hotel with charging opportunity, but the receptionist was not able to help at all. He said they dont have anything to do with it, as the charging station companies borrow only the parking place. We had a tesla account that is why we did not have a bigger issue, but as it is not a service of the hotel I wont allow them to mark it as an additional service.

Very nice clean Hotel. Huge carpark. Reception check-in was VERY long winded and needs to be streamlined to speed things up when lots of folks are checking in. Staff in the bar and restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet, selection of items, and presentation were wonderful and the hotel is conveniently located near the highway. Accessible parking on the premises costs 4 euro/day. The hotel has good value for the money. The only complaint we had is that our first night was sleepless due to loud yelling and screaming from another room during the middle of the night. Since the rooms do not have a phone, we had to go downstairs to the lobby and inform the night staff of the noise. He supposedly spoke to the guests to quiet down; however, loud noises persisted. We asked to be moved to another room for our remaining three-night stay. The staff graciously accommodated our request. After we moved to another room, a hotel guest on the floor below us smoked and the noxious smoke smell penetrated our room through the bathroom vent even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. Fortunately, this guest checked-out the next morning and we were able to enjoy a smoke-free and restful night for the remainder of our stay.

I was expecting more from Select hotels. The rooms were a bit old and the bathroom wasn’t comfortable at all. The most disappointing was that the bar and restaurant were closed. On the website it says that it’s open so that’s one of the main reasons I booked it. After a long day work it’s just very disappointing that this isn’t correct and that you have to order online. It should be on the website whatever the reason is that it’s closed. Also the laundry service wasn’t available as they could fine a list with prices. Also , paying for parking at that location isn’t very guest friendly. Unfortunately I won’t book again as I think it wasn’t a very pleasant stay.

Perfect as a stopover, because so close to the freeway the A3. Condition not really up-to-date, but absolutely sufficient for simple overnight stay. Good space helps offering comfort. But for vacation I would prefer other location as well as facilities.

Paid £69 for the room with Breakfast, as we get to the hotel they want to charge us an EXTRA 30 EUR for breakfast as they claim it is not in our reservation! NEVER AGAIN!!! AVOID THIS SCAM!!!! They are un trained staff in this hotel!

My room was pleasant, well arranged, modern, extremely clean, lovely bathroom, good bed. My window (2.floor)was above the entrance, where they have a seating area - it was quite loud, till late at night. Breakfast was excellent, varied, well presented. The location is outside of Erlangen, near the highway. No restaurant/supermarket or anything in the vicinity.....

Pleasant Hotel perfect for a stop while driving across Europe for a rest and a bite to eat. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and a great shower. But most importantly the staff were really friendly and helpful. Will most definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are functional and bland with no decoration. Location is in the industrial estate next to motorway. View from bedroom is flat roof of a factory. If you eat in the restaurant stick to the simple food like beef steaks which were good. The (sunday) chef has clearly never eaten a good Thai recipe before. I ordered a Thai curry with beef. I arrived and was 3 times too large and had no Thai flavours or character at all. There is nothing "soft and comfortable" about the decoration and furniture in the common areas, which could easily be made to give the hotel a better ambience.

Hi there! This hotel was too overpriced for what it was. Too close to the highway (loud ) Exit doors in the corridors were slammed all night. Couldn’t sleep. Had to put a towel between the door since no free rooms were available (picture ) Mattress too soft Hair in my bathroom But the funniest part were all extra charges. Room service 5 Euros extra fee Early check in : 10 Euros Parking 5 Euros Average breakfast: 15 Euros Bottled water in the room 4 Euros. They should take that money and invest it in the hotel which clearly is outdated by 20 years! Big fail!

The room 114 I found insects in the bed , on the ceiling the wool dust like was not cleaned last 2-3 months ; smelly durst and itching nose sleeping on the pillow ; the bathroom sink counter dirty like several days never washed ! This hotel is NOT 4 stars but very poor 3 stars NOTHING was 4 stars service and room if I had a choice I will move to another hotel ! I am really looking to be reimbursed

But I had a email confirmation and payment was taken from our account. And on top the kitchen was closed the fallowing morning so there's was no breakfast. No tea and coffee service in the room. So very disappointed. We only stayed the night to rest from our travels. But wouldn't be happy if we had to stay more nights.
