Since I moved back from Tennessee, I have been at an extended stay for a few months. I’ve been looking to relocate. My boyfriend and myself plan on looking into possible rates until we can find an apartment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The remodel wasn’t done very well. Looked more like a poor DIY job, but that would not have made me rate this hotel as poor. Breakfast was ok for one morning. Beyond that, we picked up food elsewhere simply due to preferred food choices. We did have a couple try to enter our room at 1:30 am the first night. Of course their key would not work because they had the wrong room. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault but it was frightening in the middle of the night.

The stay was very nice. You can tell its an older building but it was clean and inviting. My only issue was the lights in the front room Of the suite. They turn on by movement. All night they kept turning on then off after a while. Then on again. I have a hard time sleeping with lights on and couldnt figure out how to permanently turn them off for the night.

Room can use new upgrades but was decent for 1night extremely clogged with dust in the vents, closet as well ironing board! Due to dust made it hard to sleep with extreme allergies to dust. One night stay was doable for the 9hr I was actually in the room but will not return!

Pretty standard for a budget hotel. Some of the property could use some updating, or if it had been updated recently it was rushed. Few areas missing paint or not finished completely. The rooms were nice, I liked the layout of the suites. Average overall but to be expected for the price range.

Spacious. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Clean, staff was helpful. There weren't any bagels or muffins for breakfast, which my wife was looking forward to, but the next time we're in Indy we'll be back.

It advertised has having walk in showers. They don't. It had damage to the wall in the bathroom. It had window screens lying on the ground small parking lot. The road going out to eat was a night mare. You could not go straight across at the stop light. You had to go down and come back. That is poor city area planning. Very congested getting into parking and out of parking lot.

I have three complaints about this property: 1) The bathroom was a mess. There were stains on the towels, drywall patches in the shower left unfinished and unpainted, cracks forming in the walls around the tub frame that looked structurally scary. 2) The bedding was dirty. There were zero streaming options on the television other than basic cable. 3) There was some CREEPY ASS DUDE hanging around the entrance the ENTIRE TIME we were there. Smoking cigarettes in the no smoking area, staring at people getting out of their cars, and hanging around in his car. He maybe is homeless??? He was there literally at all hours of the day. Not. NOT not not not worth the price. Definitely won’t be visiting any more of these hotels in the future. Good lord.

Great for the price. The upgrade to the queen king bed was great because it also split the room in two, giving each of us good sleep. Room AC worked well and was straightforward. Fridge worked well. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, but nothing spectacular beyond that other than biscuits, waffles, toast, oatmeal, sugary yogurt, and other standard breakfast carbs. I'd come back for sure. The manager and staff were polite and nice. It was a busy time for Indy, but the hotel did not seem overburdened at all.

We were going to be arriving in Indianapolis very late, so selected this property so we didn't need to drive to our final destination in the early morning hours. I normally wouldn't downgrade a rating too much based on a place being outdated as long as it is well maintained, but this was old and in terrible condition. The caulking was nasty and missing in many spots, the finish is coming off of the cabinets, etc., but what was most annoying was the fact that we checked in at about 2:00 am in the morning and then about 8 am there is a text on my phone. I have to get up, try to find glasses and then it turns out the text is from the hotel hoping I am enjoying my stay and giving me a link for online check-out (check out is at noon). If you are going to have a system that sends these texts, then it should be tied to when you arrive so as not to wake late arrivals. All in all just to a pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 5 days. Its an older hotel but very clean. Bed was comfortable, clean and soft sheets and soft towels. Breakfast was good. Great area with lots of dining options around. Place was very quiet. Room was nice and cold. Pretty much perfection. Would definitely recommend staying here. Staff were very nice and polite.

Everything was great until the power went out for the bedside table outlet that I used for my cpap machine. Even the bedside table lamp didn't turn on, even though the a/c was running and the power light was on the tv. Very odd and inconvenient.

I thought the price of the room was excellent and the space in the room was unique and well designed. The outside of the building could use some updating such as the windows and the the trim work. I'd also have liked to have seen the paint work completed especially behind the tank of the commode in the bathroom. All in all a nice stay but the outside appearance of the hotel could use some work and some finer detailing to the rooms wall paint would be advised.

Nice, clean room. Checkeoom was fast and smooth. My only complaint is we could hear water going through pipes in wall from the upstairs room. We stayed here before and didn't have the issue at that time. Parking lot is small. I wished they had offered coffee all day.

The room was large and both beds were relatively comfortable- although one drooped toward the middle. The bathroom door would not close without some effort and the fridge did not work. There were a lot of little things that needed repairs and a good handyman. Nothing fancy but fulfilled our sleeping needs.
