We stayed here for the shuttle service. The shuttle service never arrived. We were at 2A at our designated time. Shuttle driver said he never saw us. Shuttle driver never even drove by. I would choose a different hotel if you are looking for a park and stay option. Cuz this one will leave you high and dry.

The room thwy gave us originally stunk and the air there was so heavy with the stinky smell. We asked for a room change and they gave us a different room that was slightly better. The noise level was terrible, and the bathroom was not clean3d ojt properly. We used the shuttle to/from the airport and they completed lied a out the arrival time. We waited close to 50 minutes and we called them 3 times to ask for ETA and everytime the answer was 15 minutes, which was an untuth. I hated the experi3nce so much and i would wish it on anyone.

On my out to checkout I asked the receptionist about the 50 dollars charges, if I’ll get a refund or not as I paid Expedia and she said I don’t know

This was a great little hotel for a layover in Chicago. Tho it’s a bit worn (if you’re fussy) it was extremely clean and the staff was so nice! I would definitely choose it again.

The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes!

Staying here is the best way to start a trip. Its always been a pleasure at this hotel.

I do not like being the person to submit poor reviews but the experience my family and I had at the Quality Inn was not at pleasant as we wouldn't have hoped. Upon arrival, we were nicely greeted by one of your staff members. Though she was very sweet she was a bit hard to understand but all in all meant very well. However, once checked in our keycards did not work. There was an odd smell upon entering the room and it didn't smell clean. There were also so many unknown stains around the room it was unsettling; the bedsheets and bed were covered in stains, stains on the floors and walls it wasn't very nice. When turning on the lamps in our room between the beds one was severely broken and would not stop flickering despite trying to screw in the lightbulb all the way. The television in the room was also pretty broken. The screens imaging and remote control was very delayed and the screen would spontaneously stop working. The bathroom's toilet was also very loud woke a few of us out of our sleep. I would like to say though it was a stay for only a couple nights it definitely wasn't the greatest. There was no one to tend to us as we checked out and we wanted to make sure that we followed the necessary steps needed in order to check out but no one was there to tend to not only me but guests in general. It seemed like there were lots of investments made in the main buildings features while there's significant updates and cleaning that needs to be done in the secondary building.

We just stayed overnight as our plane was delayed. We arrived at 11:00pm & left at 6:30am, so we weren’t there for long. It did come with breakfast but we didn’t have time to enjoy. It is a dated property, but it was clean and comfortable.

Old hotel smelled of damp water that's been sitting on the carpet for awhile had to purchase air fresheners for the room. Overall would've been a decent stay but not for that price. Hotel is way overpriced.

The service of the hotel is terrible,, no water,not hot water in tab, no dental kit provided.not any kind of assistance. Help for traveller. Font desk lady service is very rough and not supporting. I wish I could cancel . Airport pickup is waiting 1hr. Four times call required for pick up.

Large room clean and bathroom clean. Good bed and clean sheets. The furniture does show signs of age and wear. Free continental breakfast. Shuttle from and to the airport.

Reasonable priced property close to Ohare airport

The keys allowed access to the wrong room as well n unclean bed sheets one set of towels and ac was giving me issues all night wouldn’t stay on

First room I got was supposedly a free smoking room, as soon as I opened the door smoke came out of it, went to the counter and waited 45 mins to get another room. The next room was just very very average, restroom in poor condition.

The room keys need to be replaced. In my nine day stay I had to ask seven different times to have my plastic card key re programed so that I could get into the room, room 135. The card would not work seven different times.

Super easy stay if you neee to get to Ohare early. Simple hotel to sleep in. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient.

I booked this specific hotel under the belief that it was one that you could park at and fly out and leave your car, but once i got there they told me it was $15 per day to start parked there. Not what i expected, or i would've never booked this hotel. Orbitz led me astray on this one.

The check in clerk on Tuesday night around midnight was incredibly rude. I made the reservation for my son and grandson and paid for it listing my son as the person who would check in. The clerk swiftly denied my son a room saying it was because he wasn’t the one who made the reservation. It was late and my son wasn’t in the mood for people who don’t know their job. So, he sat with his boy and waited for the 20 people behind him to check in, which took an hour. Then, he went back up front and explained how the reservation was made and this time the clerk understood. It was terrible customer service. You need more people on the night shift too.

We were lucky to get a room after meltdown at O’Hare. Comfortable bed, clean linens - but a tired, worn out facility. Doorknob fell off when trying to leave our room!
