Breakfast was nice. They had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. You could also make your own waffles.

I like my bed a little softer. I thought the one I slept in was a bit too firm.

Accommodations/Special Request- I asked for extra cleaning, pillows, towels and sheets and A/C needed. The employees fulfilled all of my requests before we arrived. That was so helpful! They even turned on the AC for me with a descent Temperature. Stayed in communication with me as well via booking. 👏🏾👍🏾🤝🏾 Breakfast- they had my favorite yogurts it wasn’t just plain yogurt. Keep them Vanilla waffles on the menu they’re so delicious and I don’t even eat waffles like that! Also, the omelets tasted quite cheesy on the inside which tasted so good. Huge cafeteria space. Interior Design- We got the King Suite with the sofa bed. Affordable too. Everything’s in my favorite color, it was like it was made for me lol I love the cabinets covering the refrigerator and A/C. It makes the room look even more neat and beautiful than it already is. Perfect blend. 👌🏾 Hallways- Smelled so nice! Clean walk through. Favorite color all up and through. Painting are wonderful to see. Elevators worked good, I just didn’t like some of the guests coming in and out of them. Lbvs Room table- Loved the small table that’s by the sofa bed. I was able to use it for decor. Something small and cute. 😊 Overall experience was great! Was only there for a night but I hope to come back again. Please keep up the good work. Just because people are seeking for an affordable hotel doesn’t mean customers should be treated with little to no respect. Treat any space that you’re in like it’s your own home! Especially if you’re a clean person with excellent hospitality skills. That’s how I am at work and with the results of Hampton, seems like we value the same thing. Keep it up!

The air conditioner / heater was extremely noisy.

Customer service was great! I loved that it was near O’Hare, perfect for those early morning flights!

Pool water was a bit cloudy looking didn’t look that clean.

Property was very clean and it smelt clean. The room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were decent. Overall, it was a great stay in the room and the staff being super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very mid but that’s okay, gets the job done. Oh! And the pool was spacious, a little cold but had fun.

The pillows were not fluffy and thin.

Everything was fine except for early morning noise. I heard everything going on around me doors slamming, housekeeping cleaning the room next to me. Kinda defeated my sleep in time.

No restaurant for dinner; however there was one within close walking distance

Size of room wonderful with super comfortable bed. Even had a microwave if you needed to heat anything up. Shuttle from airport easy to organise, so perfect for a single traveller. Close to the Outlet Mall for shopping the next day. Restaurants in walking distance if you needed food.

Arriving in the evening, not having a restaurant was a small minus. On the positive side, you did offer a range of snacks including some meals to heat up in microwave. I didn't walk down the road as travelling by myself & didn't feel safe doing as not knowing neighbourhood. Would have been fine if travelling with my family.

We had to wait 1 hour for the shuttle bus from airport although it was advertised on hotel website as every 15 mins . No apology or explanation was given . We had to phone hotel 3 times re transport

Rooms were small. I asked for the room to be cleaned daily. 4 days and not one person came. I had to go daily to get towels and take out my trash

Location..it's 5min drive frm airport. Good staff, clean and comfy room. Good facilities. And free airport shuttles.
