Great stay. Comfortable room with a nice couch to sit on. Remodeled. Clean. Could walk to the downtown and also a park on the Mississippi River.

Stayed here many times. Always clean and comfortable, good little fitness center. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy. I like the handy indoor pool and jacuzzi, but I wish it closed at 10 instead of 9. Easy walking distance to everything in old Hannibal

Great location, people were very nice. The indoor pool makes for a chlorine smell throughout. Needs updating to be top rated. Better than average hot breakfast with good choices. Walk to everything.

This hotel really offers two things, a bed and a location. The room was non-descript, and the only window was to the atrium which was never bright, and did not feature an atrium. I found the bed to be damp because of the lobby pool. I hate sleeping in a damp bed. The service was adequate, but not friendly in any way. As a matter of fact I thought the service borderlined on rude with the exception of the gentleman running the breakfast bar. The breakfast was good and featured plenty of hot food, but mostly the standard fare. The location on the other hand was PERFECT. Literally a half block for Mark Twain's home and all the tourist attractions.

The hotel is in a great location to see the Mark Twain museums, shop, eat, and ride the riverboat. Our room was in very good shape, but the outside of the hotel seemed a little dirty.

Desk clerk was not friendly at all. The maintenance man cleaning the pool was rude when telling us the pool was closing. Totally rude when we told him to have a nice evening.

Our room was SO damp being right next to the pool. When we got there and sat on our beds you could feel how damp it all was. The next morning we went down to breakfast at 830 (it’s over at 930) and all the food was gone. I asked if it would be restocked but no one ever came. We won’t be staying here again.

The hotel is old but it was clean. There were two electrical outlets between the beds on the nightstand, and there were other outlets in the room, of course. But there were no usb ports but that is probably due to it being an older hotel. We had a large room, 2 queen beds and a couch. The beds were soft as were the pillows. There was good water pressure in the shower. There are streets between, but we could see the Mississippi River from the room. It's only a couple blocks from Tom Sawyer's house and the other museums as well as cafes and stores. It was average priced, $214. I don't know if it's cheaper in the winter.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Two pools - one indoor and outdoor — plus a hot tub. Parking is really tight during busy times. The room was clean and good-sized, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is just adequate. Staff was friendly. However the room was just adequate. It took about 10 minutes for the water in the shower to become warm , NOT HOT. They couldn't find my original reservation. As a result, I have to re-book one of the 2 rooms I booked. The only good thing is I actually saved $40.00.
