Location for our trip was good.

The beds were not as comfortable as other hotels we've stayed at this trip.

'Hot tub' not hot (lukewarm), bathroom door difficult to close, toilet fills too slowly, TV difficult to navigate

The bed and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

Tony at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we were able to have our request met.

The hotel is in bad repair. The garbage cans outside were overflowing. The outside door did not lock all night

enjoyed room, cleaning help, meals not enjoyable.

cleaning staff was excellent. front desk left a great deal to be desired. ladies who cleaned room were always helpful and available. front desk were not at front desk and had to be called.. but did not appear to care for issues given to them.

in eating area: trash stacked on floor. trash cans has grease cover. had to wash hands after placing used plates in trash can. one morning trash cans overfilled… all went on floor. weekend was most apparent.

This place wad very clean and comfortable.

The shower head and faucet were not attached to shower wall. I could tell it had been recently remodeled but if done correctly that wouldn't be possible. Breakfest was not super great everything came out of the microwave.

It was okay.

The breakfadt was just okay! Coffee want very good, the eggs were not either.

We only stayed two nights not three because it was going to rain and we’d done and seen everything we wanted to but didn’t get a refund because of third party booking!! That sucks!!!

We never stayed. As soon as we got there, the whole blg seemed in disrepair and dirty. The place stunk inside and the halls and front entrance had walls crumbling. Windows we're filthy. We stayed somewhere else as it felt very unsafe and unkempt.

Nice. Could have not had to deal with the other little things wrong. Pool needs to be a touch warmer

Not bad. Just had a few problems with the room above me leaking into my bathroom. First night. Told the front desk and no one did anything.

Also kept getting locked out of my room. Then the leak.

Nice and quiet location.

It was quiet. I was able to use the hot tub and pool. The pool is open longer than other hotels🙂. Location is good.

Beds were hard. Breakfast was kinda warm. Bathroom could be cleaned better. There was dirt and hair in the tub and something on the wall.

Bad and Tasteless Hotel

The room size

The fact that I had to change rooms as soon as I got there due to uncleanness. And that it was a closed off hall that had a taped out area on the floor that looked like a dead body ( I asked the staff to remove it several times and they said ok m...but never did). Their response was that the construction crew did it in a joking way ( very bad taste if you ask me). The ice machine was broken on the first and second floor. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.

Comfortable and good location for one night.

Location was great. We were driving back to Minnesota from Florida.

Please get tread mill back up and working. No wash cloths in room.

room was very nice, bed was comfy with lots of pillows! shower had hot water and good shower head. extra toiletries and coffeemaker.

my only complaint was the wi-fi kept cutting out. very frustrating!

The person at the desk held open the garbage can for me, when I cleaned the fast food trash out of my car.

It was a little noisy, with kids running down the halls.

The mistake that Booking cost me more than the Hotel was charging arent the Booking . Com , supposed to be cheaper than the Hotels? Lady @ booking was very helpful but it was way too much,$$$$

Proximity to everything I needed. We were able to check in early.

Just didn't seem as friendly as other hotels I stayed at. The pullout sleeper sofa didn't have linens, if my daughter and I were to have showered more than once we would have had to request more towels. Only 2 were in the room. No floor mat for the bathroom was provided.

Don't stay here.

Not much

Not the usual quality if this chain. Had to move rooms due to ants. Road noise came thru to room. Facility is aging and needing a lot of work. Toilet was loose. Homeless looking guy hanging around outside and laying on couch in lobby. Way too much money for what we got.

I would never come back

the breakfast was good. there were 2 employees we talked to that were very nice. the rest were rude and never smiled.

it was disgusting. there were things left in the refrigerator from the people before us. the door handle in the bathroom fell off every time we tried to open it. the toilet had a lot of trouble flushing and looked like it was leaking. there was mold all over the curtains in the room. also the bedding had black stuff all over it. I really hate to complain but I paid $157.00 and it was just so gross and the employees just weren’t very friendly at all.
