This was the best hotel I stayed at while in Europe though it was not the most expensive. The people here were great, so kind and helpful and went way out of their way. They just had a great vibe. The room was fantastic and had every amenity including heated floors and heated towel racks, a great view and balcony. I kept telling my friends how this was the perfect hotel room as no detail was left to chance. This is a hotel that is lovingly cared for. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance and close to a bus stop too in case you want to do day excursions further out of Salzburg. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Lovely property in Salzburg. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Particularly at breakfast, they could not do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious, Eggs made to order, and fresh espresso. The hotel is located on a quieter street, but an easy walk to all the activity. This is actually desirable as the main tourist thoroughfare gets very busy. We had a lovely room overlooking a garden, with a small terrace. the room also had a small sitting area. It was a bit of an upgrade, but definitely worth it. Again, lovely hotel, very accommodating staff, five star.

We have travelled a lot throughout Europe and am happy to say that this hotel has been our absolute most favourite! The rooms are a wonderful treat - the breakfast delicious and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever experienced! The hotel is off the busy streets a bit but very walkable to absolutely everything. The hotel itself has many hidden gems like a beehive (honey used for breakfast each morning) roof top terrace (nice for a glass of wine before bed) lounge chairs on the lawn with pillows and blankets to watch the stars at night and much more. I must highlight the staff the most. They were so welcoming every single day and helped us with many reservations and itinerary planning.

This hotel is such a lovely place to stay in Salzburg. It is on a quiet street very close to the city center and the Old Town. We were there in December and there are wonderful Christmas markets. This part of the city is very walkable. The hotel staff were excellent, professional and friendly and very helpful. I encourage you to add the breakfast as it is worth the extra euros. The building, while vintage, has been thoroughly updated. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We loved it here

Our toom was in a building a few yards from the main hotel. The rooms in the main hotel are, we were told, bigger and more expensive. Though our room as overlooking a road, it was not noisy but the floor squeaked!

This was a beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location ( an easy walk to the historic part of Salzburg). The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip. I love it when the hotel staff shows you around the hotel and walks you to the room. We stayed in the "Villa" which is a few steps across the parking lot from the main hotel. It was quiet and relaxing. And there was an ELEVATOR! The Villa had been wonderfully remodeled from a former 1920s or 1930s office building. The decor was unique, vintage and charming. We had a king size bedroom with sofa and LOTS of space. The bathroom was the biggest we had on our trip. Parking was right out the back door and easy to access. The breakfast room was in the main hotel building and it was beautiful, with excellent service and wonderful choices. We paid the most for this hotel in Salzburg. But it was worth the splurge. It was about 4 blocks to the Mirabel Palace and another couple of blocks beyond that to the Old Town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was warm, comfortable and spacious (we booked a suite) with bath, sofa, desk, changing space and drinks counter. It got a little too warm during the night so best to turn the heating down at night. The spa was great, really relaxing, and I enjoyed a great massage too. The breakfast was unusually extensive and very enjoyable, and the dinner menu was good. The reception staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again!

Lovely property overall in good location - but standards across 3 nights stay varied. Breakfast service 1st day morning was poor despite so many staff hiding in back. 2nd morning breakfast service was great - staff out offering guests eggs and coffee - then 3rd morning back to hiding in back. Just offer a coffee machine for guests to use may help. Expected more from breakfast - same everyday lacked smoked salmon, pain au choc or other items included in other hotels in Austria. Housekeeping was varied too - from very good to a rather rushed looking limited tidy up. Stayed in villa room - lacked slippers and bathrobes in room yet available in mini spa in main hotel. Spa area was good. In villa room ensuite with good shower but very limited in terms of products - one hand wash and one shower/shampoo gel - expected more for this standard of hotel. Lovely garden with outdoor seats - very relaxing. Good stay overall but room for improvement - on checking out receptionist tried to charge again for room despite this being prepaid and only city tax due - this was disappointing. Bit more focus on the guest experience required throughout the stay.

It's a very cute, clean place. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I loved our beautiful room, it was clean, cozy, and hip. It even had face cloths! There was an excessive amount of loud banging coming from the floor below, but other than that, it was an exceptional stay. Would gladly stay here again, and highly recommended 👌

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Everything was thoughtful, tasteful, relaxing, and beautiful - from the lay of of the spacious bedroom, the oversize bathroom with its heated tile floor, to the friendly staff and beautiful courtyard, not to mention the amazing breakfast spread with wide selection of organic and delicious cheese, bread, porridge, pressed juice, fresh fruits, and made to order cafe drinks. I look forward to returning to this oasis in beautiful Salzburg.

We stayed in the Villa, and the room was excellent! Spacious size, clean, quiet, a towel warmer in the bathroom, and plenty of storage space (my husband likes to unpack all his things!) The front desk employee (I think her name is Jutta) was welcoming and helpful, giving us advice about where to walk/eat/sightsee. The free breakfast is wonderful- tons of delicious options, with very sweet and helpful service staff. I highly recommend this hotel- we loved our stay!

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The room is spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the view is great. And I love the room the most. A lot of details I love. Like the chocolate, welcoming card, and water they prepared. And they even provide slippers... But it's a 4-star hotel, a little bit expensive but I guess it's worth the price. The closet is very spacious, and they even have CDs and books. The view of the garden is awesome.
