Room service never came. I was their for 7 days. There are NO bugs (in the room I was in), but others have complained of bedbugs; which I DID NOT experience. There were black patches in the shower. The toilet barely flushed. The heater in the room, leaked water. The microwave barely worked; left 2 hard boiled eggs in the microwave for 1.30 minutes to get it warm. The refrigerator in the room barely kept anything cold. The internet was unstable. I had class online and the internet kept glitching. You need to sign in everyday to get access to the internet; whether you leave the room or not, you still need to sign in to the internet.

Table was dirty also had a pink stain on it. Did not have an ice bucket. There was blood on the shower curtain. Only had one wash cloth in room.

The room was filthy. The bathroom had mold near the ceiling as well as around the tub, and the floor had not been cleaned. The walls had stains as well. The bed and sheets were clean. There were ingredients to make coffee but no machine. The write up claimed coffee in the lobby, but there was none.

I am a repeat customer & I have noticed that this hotel has improved & I noticed that there wasn't as much smoking near the building & I & my daughter were very happy about that. The customer service has been excellent & the rooms have been very clean. It has a homey feel to it as well. If you want easy access to toiletries and housekeeping come here.

I didn't like how the smokers posts are situated it attracts smokers that smoke right by the non smoking rooms and near the entrance and exits by the non smokers. I also don't like how there is a locked lobby near the bullet proof window for staff. I found out that this particular hotel has been on the news for all of the wrong reasons multiple times and the bullet proof window and rowdy patrons give it away! I would love to say there are no bugs and the rooms are clean the check in is fast. I do not like how things were stained though, I wish it was even cheaper since it is very bare amenities and since a stairwell is broken yet they won't install a elevator. This hotel has no problem with giving out as many supplies as you need without pressuring you for room service when you can't do it, so you make of it what you will.

Beyond disgusting and dirty. Stained sheets, towels, mold in bathroom, rusted out toilets. Condom wrappers all over the parking lot floor I should of know how bad it was gonna be. If it wasn’t for not an instant refund I would of left to go somewhere else. Brown Dripped stains on wall. Just disgusting.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, everything was broken. Locks,title in the bathroom, the ceiling was bubbling, the fire alarm on the ceiling was covered in plastic wrap. I have never stayed in a more disgusting place, it needs to be shut down!

Housekeeping didn’t show up. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and soap constantly. When I bagged up the trash thinking I was helping keep things clean, I was yelled at by housekeeping and front desk. They have no amenities so there is no redeeming qualities for this hotel.

Filthy room inside and out. Front desk was nice but the room was horrible. Blood stains on the walls and carpet— maybe big stains don’t know, but the whole place was a disaster. It was too late by the time we checked in to look for another place so we reluctantly stayed. Never again!

When we went in the room it looked like someone had just left. No attempt had been made to clean it and it was late so obviously no cleaning staff was gonna come help us. Pretty gross. Stained towels, blinds and sheets.

Sticky surfaces. Dirty Untidy Bring Lysol. wipes to dissenfect Air conditioner very noisy Unwelcoming staff I know it’s an inn and usually travellers would use such a lodging for a quick stay. However it can look and be more inviting.

I stayed at this property on Friday (06/07/24), and will never stay here again. I walked in to many flies buzzing around, the comforter had dirt stains on it, the air conditioning unit did not work (I have videos and pics to prove this), and the sink in the bathroom did not work (I have videos and pics to prove this), there was piss leftover in the toilet, and the whole room smelled like smoke in a "non-smoking" room. DO NOT STAY at this motel. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, this was terrible and I am not exaggerating. I have pics and videos to prove everything.

There was a lot of hair in the tub when I got there and when I took a shower the tub leaks water all over the floor which after showering I had to soak it all up clean it up it was horrible especially for the price I had to pay to stay a night almost 200 the rooms are old dusty
