Horrible experience.

Disappointing

We were glad that it was in a convenient area but the office looks nothing like the pictures online that should have been our first hint. The hallway smelledawful, the floor in the bathroom was filthy, we literally had to clean it ourselves. It definitely needs to be remodled. I wish we would have taken the time to find a better stay

Totally lied to, disappointed and disgusted with the whole experience.

Nothing to like! everything was broken, heavy smoke smell everywhere in the rooms and hallway. No room/cleaning service, only two towels for 4people. parking lot was very dirty filled with potholes and grass grown through the pavement, trash in the parking lot and hallways. burn marks and holes on bedding & curtains. roaches, bedbugs and stink bugs everywhere in room.

False advertising! They Lied! Their facilities indicated Breakfast Included! after arriving, only thing you could get was teeny tiny cup of coffee from the office door. The manager said because of covid they had to stop serving breakfast. So why does the ad still say breakfast included after two and half years of covid? Everything was broken, heavy smoke smell everywhere in the rooms and hallway. Horrible place to stay

I stayed 4 days, they never once cleaned the room. I had to walk to front desk every night and ask for towels and ask if they would please clean it tomorrow. He assured me they would, they never did. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout the years and this is one of the worst. The doors won’t shut, the halls smell horrible, just a nasty place.

The room, the hallways, the flooding parking lot. I had to stand in a foot of water to get in my car one morning.

Everything was terrible

It took 35 minutes to Check in. There were vagrants walking around the parking lot. There were men sitting outside drinking beer from paper bags. We paid for non smoking and the front desk staff said he couldn't guarantee non smoking. The rooms were disgusting. As we walked to our room on the 2nd floor a door opened and a dog ran out. The dog had gotten away from its owners and were jumping and barking all over us. The doors wouldn't open or shut easily. The bathroom door had cracks in it as if it had been kicked in. The refrigerator had swear words carved into the side. The stove did not have knobs.

The roaches and filth. Even bedding was dirty used my own blankets, then threw them out.
