We stayed at the one bedroom condo which was amazing. The view from our patio and room was stunning. My husband was able to enjoy his Mountain View while I enjoyed my lake view. Best of both worlds. It’s our second time at this place and will definitely be back.

Location location location makes this a great place to stay. Being on the beautiful beach at Lake Tahoe was wonderful...beautiful views out our window...and all rooms have this view. Liked the gas fireplace flickering & heating the room. Good location to start multiple hikes and activities around the lake too. This was clean & very comfortable. Nice pool & hot tub as well.

The location is absolutely beautiful. Room could use a facelift. The front desk was really pleasant upon our arrival and departure. Only negative comment is bathtub is VERY SLIPPERY and no tub mat was left. My sister slipped and hit her head really hard. Owners really need to replace their old SLIPPERY tubs. I recommend this place for a nice leisurely getaway!

Location, location, location! Right on the beach. Literally. Sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, barbecues, beach volleyball, fire pit and swimming pool. Rooms are comfortable, with a kind of a cabin theme. Older strip mall next door features a ramen joint, Mexican restaurant and cannabis shop if that's your thing. Large CVS drugstore and Heidi's pies also. Supermarket less than half a mile away. Short easy drive to stateline and all the shops and restaurants in between. Live music on the beach Thursday nights during the summer. Bring your own food and drink, and have a great time.

We have stayed here on two occasions. The place is older and definitely not fancy. But it is always clean and the rooms are nice. You can’t ask for a better location. We definitely love it and we will be back again!

Great location with lake views from every room! The private beach is excellent- clean, large enough to accommodate everyone, and provided places for grilling, picknicking, playing volleyball, or just laying out. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room had direct access to the beach which made for a wonderful vacation! We spent lots of time swimming and enjoying Tahoe. It was so nice to be at the beach and not deal with the typical Tahoe summer crowds.

Was a great stay with a beautiful view. My boyfriend and I fully enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I noticed, which wasn’t really a big deal, was sand in the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed from the previous guest. Otherwise, everything was great.

Gorgeous lake view rooms with incredible beach outside the door. Property did not have air conditioning and did not have locks on the screen doors which is the only window you can open to the outside.

We were in 3rd floor and the floor above us kept making noise till 2am. Tried to call front desk but was going to voice mail as it was late in the night. Basically couldn’t sleep

Front desk staff are excellent because of their friendliness and service. They handled everything with professionalism and warmth. The condition of the condo was as clean as could be but it needs a complete renovation. Furniture old and worn so we didn’t want to sit on it. Bed was a bit too soft and the sheets were a bit scratchy. The view and location were prefect because the lake was outside our patio and restaurants within walking distance! Even CVS is in front of parking lot !!! Couldn’t ask for more! I hope they update the condos before we return.

This is an older property, but it is well maintained and clean. The size of the room was adequate and having a nice balcony with great views was a real plus. Being right on the beach of the lake is beautiful and it was perfectly located for our activities during our visit. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Staff, location was excellent. Good room size too. However, there is no sound insulation between floors. So much squeeking EVERY step anyone took from above us. Really wanted to come back because of the location, but won’t be able to sleep!!

Very Old Hotel that needs a Serious Upgrade. Best part was location right on the Water. Couldn't get the Old Suana to work and wasn't able to use the Jacuzzi in the morning until after 10am 🤔 Staff was Very Polite at least.
