Práctico por la ubicación

La ubicación lo hace práctico para tomar el autobús de/hacia Reno y para el lift para esquiar. Tiene un restaurante Oyster Bar delicioso, y los otros dos restaurantes también son bueno aunque caros.

Está súper viejo, sé que está en proceso de remodelación pero aún nos tocaron las instalaciones ultra viejas. El aire acondicionado/calefacción no se pudo usar por el ruido que hacía. Estábamos a -6 grados y el vidrio del balcón se congeló por dentro. No tiene buen aislamiento.

Best trip to South Lake Tahoe that we have ever had for years. Thank You Golden Nugget!!!!!!

that my dog could stay with us and that there was a day care for him as well!!! everything was GREAT!! room, bed, & location!!

I can't think of anything that we did not like.

The location.

The room was felt un cleaned. When we got there I had to clean our own room. There was hair clogged in the sink, shower. Hair on the toliet. Shower looked yellow and wouldn’t drain. Went to turn on the lamp to get ready for the night it was broken. The worse part was after we left we had bites all over our legs. I swear to god I hope it is not bedbugs!!!! Spend the extra $100 because staying here wasn’t worth it.

A disappoints stay

It’s been a few years since we have traveled to Southlake Tahoe. pros: great location to other gambling establishments. Cons: 1) they’re being purchased by the golden nugget. A lot of amenities are overlooked and no longer offered. gaming machines are not being maintained and if broken parts are not available. You have to move to a different machine. 2) restaurants do not stay open past 8pm. Except for the steak house which is over priced. The steak is $70 so we headed over to the Lucky Beaver for excellent BBQ. 3) Guest Parking: I was disappointed and taken aback learning that they charge parking fees for hotel guests. It lacks proper instructions where to park what to do when to do it. Apparently you must keep your car in the common area. What used to be valet parking, check in, return to your car with a room key card, use that key card to park in the appropriate lot. If you fail to do this, they charge you $18 an hour.

The lack of attention to the property because of a buyout currently in progress. And the excessive parking fee.

Very noisy/very little sleep /stood in line for elevator for 20 min because they had only one elevator working/did not receive room service so no coffee or shampoo plus no fresh towels or linen

The location was good to get out and walk around. Bed was comfortable. Appeared clean, but old and in need of updates and repairs.

Parking garage elevator broken (stinks when lugging luggage down flight of stairs.) No climate control other than "open your window" (too bad if you have allergies...I woke up very plugged up). Be sure to read the entire sign on how their heating/cooling works; otherwise, you have heat blowing on you in the middle of the night. No screen on the window. Toilet leaked and ran all night.

The room is a comfortable size. Beds are very comfortable and the sheets are warm. Good selection of shows for quiet time.

The bathroom door is slightly in an awkward place.

Great location, very nice staff at the desk. Not a bad stay if you know what you're getting.

The location is perfect for walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants and sledding. Lots of available parking, although you have to pay for it.

I didn't know that they don't clean your rooms. I had to call everyday to request new towels and throw out my own trash. The beds weren't very comfortable. After the first night, I called to request extra pillows. They sent up 3 very nice pillows, and it made me question why the pillows they initially had were so uncomfortable and I only got good ones when I requested more.

do not expect a lot and you will not be disappointed

location was great for my work trip,

limited restaurants, v poor gym, needs updating very soon, some carpets and walls dirty along with bathrooms, very loud at night doors banging sounding like it was an earthquake.

water doesn’t stay hot and takes forever to heat up. bed sheets were wrong size for bed. lights weren’t plugged in. no fan in bathroom. no drawers. heater is slow.

Not bad, but needs some updates

Good location. Nice atmosphere.

A little outdated. Parking garage elevator didn't work one day we went to use it. It had snowed the day before and the parking garage had ice spots and we had slipped a few times. The little coffee shop in the casino is nice and makes great coffee. However the day we left I stopped to get two coffees for the road and didn't find out until we had left that one of them was horribly watered down. A waste of $8.

The shower was not putting out warm water and AC was not working right. Room was 89 degrees.

Rooms were to hot AC didn't cool down the room. No fridge in the rooms.
