My stay at the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki Beach was awesome. I really love the location it is right across from the beach the breakfast and the food and the service here was excellent customer service and hospitality goes a long way when you’re thinking about where you want to stay the rooms were outdated need some renovation with some updates. They were able to move my room to Ocean view based off of the room I had before which I thought was awesome. Everyone was accommodating when it came to questions or concerns or anything I needed help with this is my solo trip for five nights. It’s definitely worth it if you’re willing to overlook the outdated rooms. Beds we’re comfortable. The grounds are kept clean and they’re so beautiful and it has shops and restaurants around the area so close to almost everything walking distance to what you need. I want to thank Nick manager awesome Jacob and Joe tour concierge great Precious and Alyssa Piko kitchen Bar Cindy Kama at front desk Michi and Katie Restaurant appreciate you all. Great option

This hotel has a wonderful location and beautiful views. The hotel itself is ok, but definitely showing its age. Peeling wallpaper, worn looking carpet, jerky elevators, archaic parking structure. The staff is very pleasant, and the room is comfortable, but it all feels very old. Time for a refresh.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Great view, comfy bed, beautiful hotel. Betty at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! So accommodating and caring!! She honestly is the best employee you have!

I was there from Sept 6-13. First, thing is that they had a party there with loud music until 10pm. They did let me know the pool area was closing early for an event but the hotel didn't mention anything about loud music. Secondly, we were charged a resort fee when we couldn't use the pool area for that day and from Tues-Fri the hot tubs was not working properly. I was told it was going to be fixed but still wasn't working properly when I checked out 09/13/2024. Also, the pool and hot tub area should have grip padding around them to prevent guest from falling.

I liked the hotel. The pool is on the 3rd floor & is really nice. There is a restaurant beside the pool. This is where you can get the free beach chairs signed out to your room. Waikiki is across the street, & the chairs are so helpful. Food is expensive-breakfast buffet is like $60. Coffee shop on ground floor is pretty reasonable. Stores have nice quality items. Plenty of nearby places to eat. Would stay there again definitely.

I didn’t like the fact that the toilet had a leak since the date we arrived to the hotel room. Technicians came about three times but couldn’t fix it. Due to the water leak, we had water all over the floor. It was very inconvenient, aside from the strike going and no one coming to clean the room.

I checked out from Ashton properties instantly and I hated that place checked in checked out within five minutes then I came to this property and oh my goodness totally opposite amazing staff. I was welcome by a staff member named Ray. He was so wonderful. He took care of everything From getting the fridge to my room getting the microwave to my room. It was just an amazing experience and the service was impeccable love and always will be staying here going forward.

We were not forewarned about an impeding strike when we booked the property. We had no room service for several days and yet had to pay full price. Same with the buffet service which was missing so many options but yet Hyatt chose to charge customers full price. Corporate GREED at its worst

The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to Lawrence, the manager, who addressed a noise issue from the neighboring Hilton right away. With a newborn and toddler, a quiet environment is crucial, and Lawrence not only resolved the issue quickly but also surprised us with a lovely gift basket. One of the standout features of the Hyatt Regency is the incredible shower experience! Unlike many hotels that skimp on water pressure, Hyatt gives you a full, refreshing shower. You leave feeling truly clean, which is a rare treat when traveling. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a plaza nearby that offers plenty of activities for families. We had such a great time exploring the area and making memories together. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone, especially families. Pros: This is a very good hotel if you want to be in the heart of the tourist area. Lots of do, night life beach is right outside of the hotel you don’t have to travel far to go to the beach . Food options are unlimited. Cons: it’s very loud if you’re looking for a quiet trip. Don’t stay here you can hear the noise from the street. I stayed on the side that faces the pool where they have live music. And the elevator service is AWFUL. We waited almost 30 min every time we wanted to leave from our room. We tried to take the stairs, they don’t go to the lobby area it went to the back alley. Beach is very packed. And parking is awful for the hotel.
