Great hotel in centralized location. Lots of shops and restaurants. Cross the street and you are on the beach. Lots of tours to choose from whle your stay.

This hotel has a wonderful location and beautiful views. The hotel itself is ok, but definitely showing its age. Peeling wallpaper, worn looking carpet, jerky elevators, archaic parking structure. The staff is very pleasant, and the room is comfortable, but it all feels very old. Time for a refresh.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Great view, comfy bed, beautiful hotel. Betty at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! So accommodating and caring!! She honestly is the best employee you have!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay not anywhere else in Waikiki. Already looking forward to returning. We met Nick the Manager who was incredibly professional and genuinely ensured we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again Nick and Hyatt Regency Waikiki!

The Swim Bar ceiling is leaking water and if you sit at the bar water drips on you. The bartender told us about it before we sat down, but there were no other seats available.

Omg they gave us the oceanfront and it was amazing, we always love to stay at Hyatt but this time it was the best, it's spacious the room, hecka nice view and location is superb!!!! Will definitely come back here again

The property was very beautiful. Upon arrival, customer service was impeccable. The shower was stopped up, but they quickly fixed the drain. The prices were not posted correctly for the restaurants, so being straightforward would have been nice. Overall, the stay was exceptionally relaxing and close to everything we needed.

Location is ideal. It is at the center of Waikiki. It is close to the beach, dining and shopping. The room is old but still clean. Sometimes the elevators can be a bottleneck. The streets can be noisy but as soon as the balcony door is closed it is quiet. Parking at $70 is expensive.

What we Did not like was the room was really durty and old furniture small bed not what I was requeested. We asked to change us into another room I appreciate that they find us a better room at list cleaner than the first one.

The proximity to the beach and the room size were excellent. The beach towel service and water bottles are a great idea and the food at the pool bar was very good. The birds are a bit of a nuisance at the pool restaurant, but they’re not overwhelming. Stores on the ground floor, convenience stores (ABC Stores), and others on site, make it easy to pick up last minute needs as well as snacks, souvenirs, breakfast and coffee. We would recommend this hotel every time.

My family an I incredibly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa for our summer vacation. The entire experience at the resort was incredible. The space itself was beautiful and breathtaking. I expect beauty when I come to Hawaii, but the open-air nature of the hotel, decoration and balance between structure and nature was incredible. The shops built in the property felt available but not intrusive. We took full advantage of the resort fee and all it had to offer which led to a great daily experience at the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly and looked out for all the guests in an effort to provide a great stay for everybody. The daily free entertainment options were nice and something to which my family looked forward. It was nice not having to spend a fortune in money and time looking for something to do when it was there at our hotel. The breakfast was expensive (as is expected for Waikiki), but the child discount was a pleasant break. While the food selection was not outstanding to the point where I would want to eat there every morning, it was adequate and convenient for our check-out day. The only recommendation I have is to provide a small stool in the room for small kids to reach the lavatory, so they can brush their teeth. Although we could have asked guest services for one, making it available at the time of check-in would have added that one extra touch to make an already great experience better.

At the we were told they have a rollaway bed and would send it up soon. Call down two hours later around 10pm and was told no more roll away available!!!!! However, 30 minutes Joanna called and she found one and will send it up. She was a life saver!!!

I was disappointed that I spent my earned money($10k) for a 4star hotel and it turned out to be a 1 star. We found bugs in our room a dirty ice tongs. They never cleaned the curtains. There was no kitchen in the rooms , no microwave an only one laundry room for over 300 people. Most of which two of the 5 washers were broken. We are very disappointed. I wish we can get our money back

Daily breakfast buffet food was cold. Room paint and wallpaper faded and peeling. The sound of unidentified construction day and night. Room sliding glass doors shook dramatically from wind and unknown building movement. Solution offered was to place plastic shims in door and tape the sides. Solution rendered door un-operable, but still noisy. TV did not work consistently. Entire location seemed run down. Definitely not a four star facility. Staff was, however, polite and nice.
