Great resort for families. Awesome brand new indoor waterpark. They offered bowling, arcade games. Has everything you need at your fingertips. Loved the bunk beds and scavenger hunt in the room.

little upsetting the indoor pool wasn't open yet but understandable as it was being remodeled. the vending machines weren't working on any level. we also weren't able to purchase the souvenir cups late in the evening, so we had to drive over to the gas station for drinks. The headboards to the beds need a serious wipe down. our room could have used a serious dusting

We had stayed here before so know what to expect. But it has changed a lot since our last stay. It looked great and there were upgrades still underway. We’re looking forward to our next stay and seeing the work completed.

This was a great mini vacation. This place is wonderful! The staff is very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. An evening dance party for little kids (and big kids also) along with the arcade, a bakery and popcorn bar, gift store even pan for gold. Lots of fun! Nice location and very ample parking. Felt very safe. Hopefully we will get to go back soon.

It was simply amazing. From Kelly at the front desk to the goodies I purchased when checking out. The room were huge with a free standing bathtub. The only problem is I think checking in at 4 is too late and checking out by 10 is too early. I can’t wait to go back

I don’t understand how this hotel could’ve been rated so high…. Our rooms very basic, nothing more than average. Didn’t have a coffee maker in the rooms or microwave. The coke vending machines on every floor were “out of order” We figured out why, so ppl would have to go to their store on 1st floor. Couldn’t even make a cup of coffee before leaving our room, which was 10am! Once again, you could purchase it in the lobby as well. Breakfast was an extra $15 per adult. Needless to say, we walked to the pancake buffet in front of Cascade Waterpark, for $13. Good riddance and so glad we checked this place out before taking our kids/grands!!! Someone else commented that it was overpriced.,…They were correct!

Overall wonderful stay. Only complaint is the bed frames are metal so if you bump it you hear it. So you heard the noise throughout the Night.

We had a great stay! The room and the views were perfect. The hotel honored the request that we had. The secret chest for the kids was amazing. The pools and waterpark area were all heated which was amazing. All facilities are super clean. The breakfast was just ok, but the staff in there are wonderful. Parking was great until the weekend- then it was packed and hard to find a spot. The only downside is that some of the hosted activities are for additional cost.

Love the staff, the hotel itself, the entire experience was a 10/10 experience. There are activities in house for children of all ages from morning until around 9 p.m. Food on the property, as well as a snack bar.

The stay was good and we love this place. But the shower WAS NOT cleaned properly and there was stray hairs all over. Very Gross!

We stayed for 2 weeks, hotel was in renovation hotel did not post anything about been renovating at all, it was very inconvenient to park and move around, hot water did not work maintenance had to go fix it, toilet was clogged. Employees were very rude all over the hotel, I did not meet an employee that was happy to be there but a handicap girl that worked at the zip lining. Hospitality needs to be implemented.

My stay was for a 1 night business trip. It was quiet, clean and convenient to everything. Looks like they've updated since my last stay a couple years ago. This resort caters mainly to families with children, but all are made to feel welcome and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this resort.

The hotel will nickel and dime you to death. No breakfast or coffee,no lobby and no manager when there is an issue such as we wanted to bring our Grand Children, all 2 of them, to the hotel to enjoy the waterpark. Since we weren't going to, we thought they could. They said "no", we would have had to rent a bigger room, one for more people. Why not just aell us 2 wrist bands for them? Nope. We asked to hear from the Manager, but didnt hear from him for hoirs.. Not happy with this greedy hotel. We will not recommend them to anyone.

We Absolutely Love That COUNTRY CASCADES Caters To The Kiddos !!!! The Pools And Big Splash Pad !!! And Those Cabanas With Real Out Door Furniture In Them Perfect For Spending The Day Out By The Pool …. And Oh How Beautiful The Firepits By The Creek Are You Set And Make S’mores At Night And Enjoys The Peace And Quiet, And The Price Was Good ! Country cascades is where to stay if you have kids! Our 3 year old had the best time for her birthday trip. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was super friendly! No complaints here!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff where all super friendly Only thing negative was my curtains are blocking the air conditioning needs to have some sort of bar or something to hold the curtains back from blocking the air conditioning. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very clean. Love the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand/ body wash. It smells great and glad not to make a mess with bar soap. So much thought went into making this kid friendly for all ages. One suggestion would be a 2 queen room with 2 bunks. The staff was the best. All were very accomodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!!

I selected the hotel due to price. I didn't look at included meals or the water park. I was surprised that it was a competitive price that included the pool and slides. We stayed in a two queen with sofa bed for 6 people.

All around great stay. Chloe the lady at the front desk was EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT. She helped out with any and every question we had. All around great person and a great place to stay. Alot of events inside the hotel for the kids to do. Will be coming back.
