We were moved several times until a clean room was assigned by the manager. The front desk person I dealt with initially was dismissive and insincere so I asked to speak with the manager. She responded well, heard my concerns and acted. At the end of the trip i stopped by to say thank you and front desk person couldn’t be bothered to come out of the office so I left a message for the manager who deserved the compliments anyway.

The system for room entry was done. The staff did their best to allow us access to our room as needed. They were always courteous.

This was a one night stop over on the way to Boston. The hotel was great, lovely big room and spacious hotel. Valet parking was a plus. Got a good nights sleep in a lovely room and staff were great. Would definitely return.

Great location. Super easy to self-park or valet at the hotel. Check-in was easy and on time, even with an event going on next door at the Amica Pavillion. Room was clean. Super comfortable bed made it tough to get up.

The location is fantastic and the hotel lobby is beautiful. The concierge consistently provided excellent restaurant referrals and all employees we interacted with were friendly. The room was nice, but the bathroom has not aged well. It was clean, but there was clearly water damage to the ceiling, the toilet seat was peeling (I didn't know toilet seats could do that), and the shower soap holder was unusable (it was loose so it tilted and it was slatted so that no matter how you positioned a small bottle it fell over). For the price, I would have expected better.

No bottled water in the room. No receptacle in the room to bring ice back from the machine. Room service coffee came with a paper cup and take away plates. The staff I interacted with were great- especially the valets, but not having a place to sit for breakfast and lunch was terrible and if I had realized that, I would have gone elsewhere. I received a message about the pool but not about not having a working restaurant on the premises.

Hotel is attached to mall which has a lot of homeless people. Construction was being done so room was noisy. Parking cost too much. The staff was excellent

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel, enjoying its elegant ambiance and top-notch amenities. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day in the connected convention center. Celeste was courteous and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome. However, I encountered a minor inconvenience on the second day when housekeeping didn't visit. This led to a shortage of towels and an absence of hot cups for coffee and coffee pods. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I'd still recommend this hotel for its overall charm and excellent service.

We stayed in the West tower which I thought was the newer one. Our tub did not stay plugged for the kids to take a bath, the bath faucet was falling off the wall. When you ran the water in the tub there were black specs

Only thing good was the convention center and mall were attached to hotel, really upset if I wanted Internet I had to pay, and parking was expensive......Really spendy with no breakfast or pool

Checking in and out was easy and all of the staff were great and super sweet! Valet service was awesome and the staff out there were so wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when in providence!

We're big fans of the Omni brand, so we knew it would be comfy and clean. Just a couple of hiccups: there was no means of charging devices on one side of the bed, which was odd and inconvenient, and the breakfast room service was all plastic: plastic containers with plastic utensils in a plastic bag. At the price point, expected the usual tray with real plates, glassware, and flatware, cloth napkins, etc.

Property itself was GREAT. We had a great room - spacious clean and a nice size. We had an excellent view of the city. The staff were nice. The cons: if there is an event going on in the area, it will take a while to find parking. Do not attempt to valet. They are moving as fast as possible (actually running from car to car), but there are just too many and not enough space to wait. Check in is at 4pm, so you can imagine the rush. Wi-fi. You actually have to pay to use it if you want to watch your own netflix on their TV. $9.95 a day. Not cool. I can get it free at any restaurant, why do you have to pay at the OMNI? There was some weird stain on the chair in the room -- chair should have been cleaned or replaced. Other than those minor things, I would definitely stay there again.

The room itself was spacious and clean. I appreciated the Keurig, refrigerator, and bathroom amenities. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. My disappointment is that we booked a King Corner Suite, specifically for the large windows and view. The picture provided on the hotel website depicted multiple large windows with a beautiful city view. The room description specifies City View. Our room had small windows, and a view of the roof of the adjoining building. While the room was nice, I felt extremely disappointed that we did not receive what was advertised.

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom of our room that wasn’t either of ours, everything in the room felt dusty and dirty. We had requested the night of check in for them to call us a taxi for the next morning to the train station and confirmed everything serval times. The next morning the taxi didn’t show up, turns out front desk never called and we could have missed our train and plane. The taxi came 20 minutes late and we received zero apologies for the Omni messing up

Not a lot of quick food options when you’re trying to make a show. The mall was hard to navigate. The hotel was stunning and the staff were very friendly. The pillows were not my favorite, felt like they flattened to pancakes. It was still a great time!

Staff are friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was flexible and expedient. Room service was prompt and friendly. Could use a little updating in terms of the bedframe. Because of the foot post, it’s easy to bump your leg into it. Otherwise, stay was great.

The stay is always great at this Omni but we were not aware of the pool and the jacuzzi being closed. I usually take several trips to the Omni in the winter to enjoy those amenities because of my back issues. I was not treated like I expected, when I expressed my concerns. It was great while it lasted. Time to find a new place in Providence! One that has the amenities that I need and the respect that I deserve.
