The actual hotel could use some upgrades and the kids running up & down the hall was very annoying BUT it’s convenient to a lot of things and my room was perfect. Comfortable bed, hot water, I felt very safe.

I've stayed in several La Quinta's in the past and to be honest they were hit or miss. I was hoping this one was a hit and to my delight it was the best La Quinta I have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, staff was very pleasant, and breakfast was really good. Thank you!

after checking in and getting directions to our room, I was informed that "there is no elevator" and no offer of a first floor room. While I'm not visibly handicapped, climbing stairs is very difficult. I found this situation unacceptable and will never stay at this location again.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. It was so dirty and stuff every where outside like peoples items. It was gross. Room smelled like mold. We couldn’t handle it so ended up leaving at 5am so ended up only being in the hotel from 12am-5am. I would not recommend. Did not feel safe!

Key card did not work entering the hotel and the room. Office bathroom was dirty. Hot water did not work had to move to a different room. The second floor room compared to the first floor was extremely different. All rooms should look like the first floor rooms.

When I explains the the manger what happened at the previous hotel snd that we had to move hotels, he was more than helpful. Even when the computer glitched and put us in an already occupied room, he was STILL apologetic the next morning. T was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties.

Two stays this week. One room had been remodeled and was beautiful. The room that hadn’t been remodeled was clean and well-maintained. Nice facility and a low price.

Nothing unique. Tried to split the 2 rooms onto two credit cards on arrival after booking on line and was told that it was already charged to one card and could not be changed. Rooms had just been painted and still smelled. Bathroom door in room 145 was tight to floor and could barely open. Not up to normal LaQuinta hotels I’ve been to before.

Had a wonderful stay! Front desk clerk was wonderful at check in, room was immaculate! Bed was super comfortable! The rooms are apparently being renovated and the tub in the room was very stained, not dirty but stained. I'm sure that they are renovating these rooms because everything else was wonderful. Will definitely stay again

I found a roach in my room and the front desk was very rude and not concerned. He was just kept saying you’re mistaken until I showed him a picture. They need to do better, beds are comfortable though after being moved to a suite on the first floor!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. It looked like I was the first person to ever use the room!! I was a little put off by the area around the hotel. It gave me an uncomfortable feeling and I always trust my first impressions. There seemed to be quite a few people "lingering" around on the back side of the property. However, I do not know whether they were guests or not, so I can't fault LA Quinta Inn for that.

when we arrived they could not find our reservations next it was really dirty moldy bathrooms next halls had animal stains everywhere next they charged me 136.00 for i have no idea tihis is my first time with expedia and my last same with la quinta worst stay in my 65yrs traveling BE AWARE they also have fire violations on 2nd floor room 230 229 CFD will get a call have a good day

I'm very upset. I used a card to hold the stay and had selected the pay at hotel option. I wanted to pay with a different card at the hotel. They had already charged the card used to hold the stay before I had arrived for my stay. They informed me that they could refund the other card and charge the other one, but it would be 5 to 7 days before the funds showed up on the card. This fiasco ended up causing problems and some additional charges on card they charged.

We had no hot water to shower in the morning. They said maintenance can fix it but it would be over an hour before they could come. They offered to move our family to another room to shower, but we are traveling and on a schedule and didn’t have time to pack up, switch rooms, unpack, all of us shower, and pack up again. The breakfast had very weak coffee, not even a brown liquid, and was ice cold when served from the “new” carafes. There was a very loud woman in the parlor from 10 pm until after 12, screaming at someone or something and yelling profanities for hours. When I asked her to keep it down, she yelled profanities at me. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she wasn’t in. It would be in sometime later after 11 o’clock, and was given a phone number to call back and speak to her. I have tried three times no one answers, and we get a recording saying you cannot leave a message. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am a Wyndham reward member, and I’m severely disappointed. I would appreciate being refunded or at least discounted for my room, but I have no idea who to reach out to because when I go online and call the phone number it gives me it tells me to go back online and file a complaint. This process is not easy either, because you have to individually list every complaint it won’t let you do it all in one complaint, and that would take up a lot of time as well. Not to mention we had to drive and pay nine dollars for two coffees.

I came here for my daughter’s college campus tour. Upon arrival it was 3 staff members at the front desk. I stood there quietly, and patiently for 5 mins. And I finally spoke up and said . “So you’re not going to greet me “ . And I still didn’t get an apology. No hi just the guy saying let me see your ID. My floor bathroom floor had soap left from the previous guest. The floors in the hallway was stained. I never seen a Laqunita look like this. And I been to a few in other states. I will not be returning here.
