Worse than a motel.

They claim to have hot breakfast but only offer a waffle maker. There was no yogurt or milks. The juice machine was broken. There was a tremendous amount of hair in the sink and tub. I had to walk to the lobby 4 times to get a new card to get in my room. I kept the card on the desk with no phone or other card by it and it still messed up. The pool was closed. They charge way too much.

More expensive than the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at while also being one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel was very dingy and the elevator reeked.

We won’t be back

It was in an ok part of town and a short drive to our son’s apartment.

The smell in the elevator, the sticky carpet in our room, the horrible lack of water pressure in the shower, the sink faucet was hot-cold reversed, the comforter was stained, breakfast choices were terrible (not even any bananas or yogurt), overall poor maintenance of the room, hallways were kind of dark, coffee was horrible We stayed at a Quality in Carbondale and had a much better experience

Very nice stay

Very comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was quite tasty. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels cereal and coffee

Good place

Staff was great and respectful and treated us nice.

Well unfortunately I don't like spending money and this place was cheaper than everywhere else but I still don't like having to spend money but that's not the hotels fault lol.

I want my money back

The heat didn’t work in my room so I froze all night. no towels for the pool. rude staff. overall want my money back. not worth it

Honestly not much

The man that checked us in was not friendly. he tossed the cards to me didn’t tell us anything about the property. nothing about breakfast or the pool times. had to have the cards remade they didn’t work when we went upstairs. tv didn’t turn on had to have him come fix it. the floor we were on reaked of marijuana. people cleaning the rooms couldn’t understand a thing I was saying had a child working with him to translate. also the pool area was very. unsanitary. there was weave hair floating in it, rocks that weren’t supposed to be moved were in the bottom of the pool. also there was air fresher thrown in the top of the elevator. I have more photos I’d like to post

Overall, good value for money.

Location off a major road connecting to I-57 was convenient. They are renovating--the bathroom floor was freshly tiled, and they had recently replaced the toilets: there was a pile of old toilets on the back lawn! Fresh paint job in the room. (no paint odour problem, though) Seemed clean. Good Wi-Fi for a zoom meeting. Quiet.

Although breakfast supposedly began only ten minutes before I got there, the sausages were done and selection of some other cold items was poor or there were gaps that had not been replenished. (To be fair, it seemed that the desk clerk was also responsible for this area, and he was also handling phone calls, etc.)

Expensive. when checked into room it was freezing Took 2 hours to warm up

Close to everything and wasn't expensive. Breakfast was slim but good.

The patch work on the bathroom door from where someone had punched holes in it. They had just taped pieces of wood over them. The remote didn't work. Even after the front desk changed it. Pool was very cloudy. Didn't offer upgrade either at check in.

All things were in order. Good location off interstate with several good restaurants nearby.

Very good

The guy checking us in seemed to have to do everything. He was vacuuming and very helpful getting our TV to work in room and lobby. Even took our picture for us all allwhile playing cards in lobby.
