A wonderful hotel with breathtaking views. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful as well serviced twice daily. The only downside is if you want to go to capri main square a 7-min taxi ride is 25 Euros each way.

This may be the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. We enjoyed our terrace in the evening and had room service for breakfast one morning to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The staff is very attentive. The Ana Capri shopping area was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was great being whisked away by the hotel shuttle from the hectic ferry marina. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views. It is extremely peaceful and quiet with helpful staff. The pool overlooks the ocean and all you see is blue. The food is exceptional. The breakfast service is delicious. We have been here six times over the years as it is always an amazing experience.

Despite the incredible view of the hotel, we were disappointed. I believe the qualities of the pool, rooms and building don’t justify its price. We were very disappointed with the service of the concierge. They charged a very abusive price to book a ride from the port in Napoli to the airport. Also, every time you need to go to center of Capri, you need to wait and pay for a taxi (50 euros, each visit, and generally, it’s usual to go twice a day). BTW, I had a very bad experience with the concierge while I was waiting for a taxi.

A wonderful, well run hotel with amazing views and beautiful rooms and facilities. The location has its plusses and minuses. Away from Capri as it is means it’s quieter and away from the crowds too. It also means a $30 euro cab ride each way to have dinner if you want to eat off property. But mainly it means that you have the incredible views all to yourself. Anacapri is an easy walk. But it doesn’t have the flare of the further away Capri town center. Staff is friendly and helpful in whatever language you might need.

One of the best hotels we have experienced. Breathtaking views from the lounge, room and infinity pool. Incredible hospitality from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable and not a sound at night. Special thanks to Carmine, Roberto and Francesco for their excellent service! There really are no words to describe this amazing hotel. It’s even better in person than in the photographs. The location is spectacular and the staff and dining options were fabulous. Relax by the double Infiniti pool or take a short walk into AnaCapri, come home and visit the steam room with natural herbs and then relax in your room overlooking the ocean. The concierge is SO helpful with suggestions and booked an amazing boat ride for us . If you are trying to choose a hotel, this is the one. I hope we can return one day!

Classic Elegance and Old Capri-sensation! Before the trip you will have a great contact with the concierge, and when arriving to the island you'll be met with grace and class by the staff helping you to get to the hotel. Once at the hotel you will be charmed by its greenery and yellow decor. Tasteful and classic elegance. The view will take your breath away, and once checked in (hopefully you'll get a room view an ocean view), you will never want to leave. The owners are great, the staff is professional and you will really get help with whatever you might need. This is a place where you will sleep like a queen (or king for that matter), you will dress up and wish life was always like this, you will eat and drink until you have to go and buy new clothes, and you will be positively surprised that they offer Bellavista Franciacorta. The live music during the night is quite nice and well, there is really nothing bad to say! An extra plus is that there are no kids, its quite and grown-up so to speak! :) Hopefully you'll see us again next summer! Thank you so much!

From the moment I arrived at the Caesar Augustus hotel in Capri, I knew I was in for a truly exceptional experience. This hotel surpassed all of my expectations and earned a solid 10/10 in my book. The views from this property are simply breathtaking. I spent countless hours on my balcony, soaking in the stunning vistas of the Mediterranean Sea, the Bay of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius in the distance. It was truly a feast for the senses. The rooms themselves were equally impressive. The attention to detail and level of luxury was second to none. I felt like royalty in my spacious and immaculate room, complete with high-end amenities and elegant furnishings. But what really made my stay at the Caesar Augustus stand out was the staff. Every single team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and and eager to assist me in any way possible. They helped us retrieving our lost luggage at the airport and arranged for all transportation. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. And let's not forget about the food. The culinary experience at this hotel is out of this world. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. It was clear that the chefs at the Caesar Augustus take pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients and creating innovative and delicious dishes.
