Was an absolute wonderful hotel to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved that there was a sitting area in the lobby with tables and chairs we used to eat our dinner. The room was very clean and comforting. We had fresh towels everyday without having to call and ask,most hotels do not do daily housekeeping if staying for multiple nights. Will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter at Texas Tech!!

Had no way to turn shower on, bath only and plug had been removed so couldnt even take a bath. Flooring was peeling up causing it to pinch my foot as i walked on it. Hallway under construction with debris all over the floor. Just a mess all the way.

This hotel was not clean. There were stains on the wall and couch which we were not sure what they were. Paint peeling off the wall. The tub in the bathroom had rust. When housekeeping cleaned our room, they did not replace or leave extra toilet paper, towels or hand towels. Instead of making the bed, she just pulled the covers up like a child would do. The key card we received never worked more than once and no one was ever at the front desk. Waited many times more than 5 minutes. We would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

Made reservation based on reviews. Arrived checkin was ok. Got to our room and first thing we noticed was water damage and peeling of the sheetrock over the bed. Bathroom wall showed water stains on walls. Bedspread was dirty and when we got up the next morning noticed the sheets were stained. We work in hospitality and my wife is a housekeeper so we know what is acceptable and this was not. Had i not been so tired we would have left and found another place. Mentioned items to manager on duty who said she would inform management. Based on how she said it, it's not happening.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff kept everything very well stocked even we arrived to breakfast 30 minutes before it was over on our first morning. The property was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of linens in bathroom which was nice. Full size pillows would be nice but there were plenty of the smaller sized pillows for us.

I was really let down by there was no elevator he only had stairs to get to the second floor where my room was a little tough but I made it

The floors in room are linoleum or vinyl plank. They felt tacky and dirty. The a/c was off when I checked in and the room was 80°. The air would barely blow thru the a/c because it was stopped up with lint, no filter. I will not stay there again.

Likes: lots of channels available on the tv, cold AC, breakfast was peaceful and acceptable, close to the highway and restaurants Dislikes: the room was extremely dirty (coffee stains, brown stain on the wall, red and yellow stains on the sheets, dirty wash cloth already hanging on the shower curtain, sticky looking coffee table and desk chair, conditioner looked used by previous guest and wasn’t swapped out for a new one We asked the lady at the front for a new bed set and the replacement one was just as dirty. We left that place feeling dirty!

Look, it’s a Quality Inn. In Amarillo. You get what you pay for. Condition of the room was fine, just old. The AC worked, the bed had clean sheets, and the water worked in the sink, the toilet, and the shower. I got what I paid for—no more, no less.

We arrived during a torrential downpour with flash flooding which happened to affect our first two rooms. Our third room was nice but dated. The sofa in the first room was nice but the one in the third room could stand to be replaced. Otherwise, our room was a nice size and reasonably comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but they had a nice spread with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs along the normal cold fixings. Our room was fairly quiet and the desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. Their lobby is beautiful with a gorgeous chandelier.

We stayed here before and this time was part of a longer trip, so were looking for an inexpensive option. For that, it was clean and comfortable for the value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just one problem this time. The air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We didn't truly discover that til we had settled in. So having then to move to an upstairs room was a bit of a hassle. Also half of the downstairs rooms face a wall outside. But we weren't particularly looking for a view.

My room was super old. I didn’t know I wouldn’t have access to a shower. The shower spout was just welded over in the bathroom but the shower head was still there. There was rust on the side of the tub as well

Started off on the wrong food at check in. Came it to a “Be Right Back” sign. A few minutes later the front desk clerk, Margie, came up to the desk where I was standing and promptly took a seat and started taking notes without greeting or acknowledging me. I assumed she was busy so I waited. And waited. After 15 mins of not speaking to me, she then proceeded to answer the phone. At this point, there was a line of guests behind me. After finishing the phone call, she asked what everyone was waiting for… she then told me that I am so small, she didn’t know what I had been standing there waiting on. When I mentioned I was expecting to be greeted when she was ready, she half apologized. Was interrupted by and assisted others guests twice during my check in process. Total check in time was 30 minutes. Certainly not a great start to the stay. The room itself was average, not super clean but not worth dealing with the clerk again. Very dated and remote needed new batteries. Overall average stay for a decent price.

When they say parking, don’t believe it. None available. When they say pool, don’t believe it. Closed. If you like the overwhelming smell of pine cleaner, you are in the right place. A classic case of you get what you pay for. Never again.
