Hotel is basically being used as a flophouse. Children running and screaming at all hours, a woman arguing on her phone in the fitness center "for privacy". At breakfast, people were hoarding plates of food and and filling up 2liters of juice and taking them to their rooms

It was just okay. Room smells like a musty dirty old man closet. Bathroom was a okay clean toilet was dirty look like someone used it before we came in.

The bed tipped over when my kids sat on it. The hotel and room was old and musty smelling.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but the staff makes up for it. It’s older, it’s missing some things other hotels provide. My room and common areas were relatively clean. Stayed for four days and getting towels was not as easy as it should have been.

There were bugs everywhere. And like every room had permanent residence living there. It smelled awful and was just overall a bad experience.

Great place to stay if you are budget conscience. The parking lot needs a bit of attention other than that the property was great for what I needed it for, to sleep and to sleep safely.

I checked in my room and checked my sheets it had pubic hair and food in the bed so I raised the sheets and it had a mattress pad with pee spots all on it I asked for a new room first he said he couldn’t them he said he has to check it I went back to the room and waited he then unlocked the door and walked on me I told him he shouldn’t do he got mad and told me I need to leave he gave my deposit back and refused to give my money back for the room or a new room he was very rude and disrespectful they took my money and I didn’t even stay the night I’m in forming health department and looking into having my attorney get involved I have pictures as well and receipt showing I stayed at another hotel that night.

Beginning was a little delayed a little problems that occurred but the ending was beautiful. People are great there and it was comfortable

Some suspect people around the property upon wakng up, BUT the staff were absolutely great and the service matched. For the amount of money spent, the room was to standard. Good quality budget room. Breakfast was absolutely superb as well!

I love staying here. It’s lowkey, it’s ducked off, its by whatever you may need or want and the remodel is so beautiful. Me and my husband have been coming here for years and it keeps getting better and better. We always always get the Jacuzzi Suite with the Jetted tub it’s so spacious and comfortable and easy to enjoy together .The 2 patio’s in the room are an extra plus and what we appreciated the most is Johnny at the front desk. He was super professional, quick and easy and his energy was so light and welcoming which always makes the stay 10x better. We can’t wait to return thank you again for a great experience.

We had a room with a jetted tub. There were no instructions for the tub and when we called the desk for help, the instructions were unclear. This person said they would be down in a few minutes and never showed. We called back 25 minutes later to see how long and got a completely different person that could explain turning on the tub.
Then next morning at check out when we tried to explain our experiences we were blown off with rhem saying there was nothing they could do. When it was dark all the parking lot lights were off but they were on during the daylight hours. Again saying anything got us nowhere. We were at the very end of the building and it was pitch black were we parked.

Upgrades is needed. Better housekeeping is needed in the rooms I shouldn’t have to deep clean my room after I check in. It’s like if you had your loved ones was to stay here and you had to clean their room, you would do it to the best of your ability. It should be the same for others you don’t know. Over all I really like the hotel it’s convenient quite and on good day very affordable.

Checked into 1st room, had smoke holes and stains on the sheets so was given a different room. 2nd room had a mysterious white stain on the couch and a roach crawling on the bed. Didn’t stay the night. Wasn’t issued a refund.

While staff was very nice, I didn’t realize that we had to request someone to clean room/replace towels. Requested late first night but next day told they couldn’t do it but got towels, toilet paper and Kleenex from front desk and emptied the trash.

Staying at Quality Inn was like discovering a hidden gem in the heart of Livonia. The warm smiles of the staff made me feel instantly at ease, and the well-appointed rooms ensured a comfortable night's rest. With its convenient location and thoughtful amenities, it's no wonder I left with unforgettable memories of my time there.

I will probably not use Expedia again. Apparently it canceled my reservation without telling me for some reason.
Fortunately the staff at the facility was able to get us into a room.
Unfortunately the room was dirty. Blood stains on both bed spreads. Sticky and dusty table surfaces, lamps and telephone. Rotting banana in refrigerator and rotting sandwich in microwave. Carpet sticky.
Bathroom was fairly clean, but door and handle sticky.
Mattresses were comfortable and sheets on bed seemed clean.

Our experience at Quality Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. Filthy accommodations, lack of maintenance was evident in every aspect of the bathroom, lack of cleanliness, every aspect of our stay was a disappointment. The most shocking discovery of all was the sight of a large, dead worm lying on the doorstep of our room. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel and urge management to address these issues immediately before further tarnishing their reputation.

I didn't like that after entering noticing the tv screen and mirror were half cleaned. Then the bathroom wasn’t clean so i used the towels to clean it and had to go to the front desk to replace the towels, no room service.
