Our room was not cleaned. Other persons waste basket filled. Candy stepped on in the carpet, stains and wrapper throughout the room. We stayed the 1st night. We were told it would be cleaned. We got back to the hotel late Saturday night. The carpet was steam clean,where the candy was stepped on but garbage still there and carpet still not vacuum or picked up. Disgusting- we went home! P.s ,I went down a one way street because there was no sign at reenter to your parking lot , it was a one way! We could have been killed!

Was a great place to relax. Loved the staff.

We like it but the door to our room was very hard to open. It was stuck and we had to shove our way through it.

Besides the door to our room there were not very many choices of snacks to choose from from the store and the breakfast was not to be desire.

The Hampton Inn is located close to the places we visited during our stay in the area.

Breakfast was very good and up to the standard we have come to expect at Hampton Inns. The room was excellent, especially the large walk-in shower. Everything in the room worked as expected and the bed, and bedding, were especially comfortable.

Breakfast was good and the lady taking care of things was very sweet Bed was comfortable

We had checking in problems at desk even though we had booked on line. Desk chair in room looked like someone has urinated on it. They did replace it right away. The next day they had given our room to another party and they entered our room. Surprise!! Desk said that we were a no show even though we had a stayed one night already. Then our keys wouldnt work after we went out because it had been given to another party. I called and talked to a manager when we arrived home. She was checking into it. Never received a call back We do a fair amount of travel and never had someone enter our room!!!

It was a convenient place for us.

Everything was fine. The breakfast was good. Very convenient to the shopping center next door.

We couldn't make changes to our reservation after the cruise line changed our dates on us. This was not our fault.

Everything was great can’t afford to do it again will have to stay somewhere cheaper

It was great the rooms cost too much that’s the only drawback really like Hampton Inn will have to find cheaper lodgings next year

The Worst STAY EVER

They were terrible with communication and they weren't answering phones. They kicked me out of my room because I didn't reserve a room online for an extended stay. Please be advised this has never happened to me before at this hotel.

They changed their computer system and did not have my registrations for my room from booking.com.. The hotel was booked so I had to go to another hotel..

The location is great for going to Ford Field and the price was decent.

When we checked in we went to our assigned room to find that it was dirty (bed not made, garbage on counters) and smelled like weed. When we went back downstairs we were given a new room with no apology for the inconvenience. I also always request extra pillows and was told that they don't do that because they'd have to take them from other rooms. I have literally never been told no to getting extra pillows at other hotels, even when they are at full capacity. Because of this, I was extremely uncomfortable because I needed them for medical reasons.

over all nice place and will stay there again.

I really appreciated that the facility was very clean. staff was really nice and attentive.

I did not like that I was over charged for my room. Booking gave me one total however, when I checked in I was charged way more. I also did not like that the chlorine levels in the pool were too high we could not enjoy the pool.
