The breakfast was surprisingly good. The downside was the room was very noisy. People walking above sounded like giants jumping. Whenever anyone took a shower or flushed the toiliet in the room next door it was as if they were in my room. And when I ran the heat in my room the fan was so loud. I had to turn off the climate control for the night in order to sleep.

The hotel was fine. The room was standard, but clean. The value was good. The location was ok. Right next to the 5 freeway and you have the to drive through a strip mall parking lot to get to the hotel. All that is fine and acceptable because it's a great value. Where it fell short was some weird things happen during our stay. We couldn't get a crib for our baby the first night which is fine because I didn't call ahead to request one. But they told me that they would bring one for the second night. While taking my call for the crib they were apparently checking another party in. In it turns out they issue to room key for our room for this party. A few moments later this family comes and opens the door with a key card. Luckily I was there and my wife was decent and my kids were away from the door. But I sent them back down to the front desk. But I sent them back down to the front desk. The next day we didn't even get the crib that they had said they would bring us. Also at 3:00 a.m. In the morning the fire alarm went off. All the guests had to evacuate their rooms. When I asked what happened they simply said they have no idea. I'm assuming some kids pulled the fire alarm. But had they been that clueless in an actual emergency, that would be concerning. Overall our stay was fine. The hotel is clean. The free breakfast in the morning was clutch. I don't know if I would stay here again but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

The front desk was unattended when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to turn up. I asked about traffic noice and the staff member said the room faced away from the road, but it was actually really noisy. There was an old AC in the room that was also very loud. The room itself was decent- good size, nice bathroom. But there were a lot of ants and it faces another building. If this was half the price I’d be okay with it, but it’s super overpriced for how mediocre it is.

Amazing! Specially Alina the front desk person was great! She was very kind, helped me solve issues and was atentive to making sure the hotel was providing the best service. The place was very quiet, nice location, great breakfast! I extended my stay for a few days. Will come back! Thank you!

Great staff. Room was clean. Location was weird. You have to drive through a parking lot of what looked like faltering/abandoned shops, then go up a steep hill. You will hear and feel every step from the room above you, and everything going on in the hallway, incuding slamming doors. The cleanliness of the room and friendly staff made up for the faults of the old structure.

Had a short stay in San Clemente and this was perfect because it was close to many things. For the places that I visited, I only drove 5-10 min away from the hotel. It was a good location that was close to the beach, shops, and places to eat. Parking was easy, breakfast was nice to have in the mornings and the bed was very comfortable. Mattress, pillows, and sheets were nice and soft. Staff was accessible and helpful, including the housekeeping staff. I would stay here again. Some minor things were that I could hear people walking above us in the second floor and people walking down the hall and shutting their doors. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay.

The room was really clean and really comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. It was tucked away which made it quiet but it was still a quick and easy drive to the beach. We really enjoyed using the pool and the breakfast was also great! We really loved staying here and would love to come back!

Great customer service at the front desk. The location of the hotel is a bit diffrent. When we arrived we got greeted professionally and the front desk was very friendly. I understand the rising cost of living in OC but charging $10 for parking was a little surprising. It could be included in the price. When we got to our room on the first floor the hallway smelled strongly as if someone was cooking there and the air felt it hasn't had enough fresh air circulating through it. We went in our room and to our surprise the bed was not made and looked like as if someone used it shortly befor we got in. The front desk was very surprised to hear that and had to call someone and talk about the issue hoever, The front desk was very helpful to accommodate us with another room quickly. This time it was very clean. After all we injoyed our stay at this property and the customer service we recived. It would have been a five star, however I think it was important to share this with whoever is responsible for the property and is intended to know. Thank you again for the great customer service.
