It’s was ant infested and filthy in this hotel! But he did tell me that my money would be refunded in five to seven business days! Yay me. I have to find somewhere else to sleep and drive more!

Property is well located and convenient to the I65 N/S and 280 corridors. Property has quite a bit of deferred maintenance needed, but was priced accordingly

Once in the room i notice the putside noise was loud, even over the ac unit. I went over to look out the window & my window was opened up halfway. It made me nervous. The bathroom has been remodeled some, it has a nice sink & plenty of counter space but the tub is outdated & there were hairs in the tub & floor around the toilet. This was my second time staying at this location & my first experience was much better so i'm unsure if i'll stay here again on my trip next month.

The rooms were decent. Not overly sure about cleanliness. The room appeared clean, surfaces and such. But we found someone else’s shirt under the armchair and hairs stuck in the towels. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool was closed though, same with the gym. That was upsetting

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! Very comfortable, made to feel at home, and worked out great for our family on our way to PCB! We will definitely stay again!!

Water in bath was only luke warm, not hot. No bath mat in bathroom. Bath gel dispenser empty. Only I regular coffee packet, but 2 decaf Good towels. Pool and exercise room unavailable due to construction. I've apparently been charged substantially more than advertised, will see if that's corrected.

We have been staying in this hotel for 12 years so we could go to UAB medical center. Never had any problems or felt unsafe. This time the entire building was being renovated and workers and other strange people were walking around outside and inside. One man was passed out on a table by the “out of order” pool for at least 3 hours. Never saw any staff check on him. Watched 2 suspicious transactions take place in parking lot. No hot water in our room. Clerk said she was too busy to fix it. Phones in room did not work. TV did not work. Renovations look nice, but the staff needs improvement and the outside needs security. We never saw any. Don’t think we will be back at this location.

They hold an additional $100 for cleaning fee and you find that out when you're checking in. Very noisy and dirty on the property. People was grilling in parking lot! Also saw a roach in the room! And they have the nerve to charge cleaning fee. Never again

Facilities were poorly maintained. Rooms were nice and modernized but I did see a few German cockroaches. The halls smell like weed and you'll definitely see a few drug baggies laying around on the ground. If your looking to score some dope this is probably the place for you.

I didn't like anything. When we pulled up we witnessed prostitution and drug use. When we got to the room there was no hot water in the room. Spilled soda and sticky floors in the lobby and elevator. The backdoor was unlocked allowing the illegal activity to continue. When we tried to get reimbursed the "general manager" said nope and there was nothing he could do. We left at 2:00 a.m. taking my kids in the middle of all the illegal activity.

First off, the staff was super friendly. The lady who checked me in, and I'm sorry I forgot her name, was very help. We were first put in 233 and then 235. Both smelt horribly of mold/mildew. I noticed the fan was not working. We were then moved to 418 which great, but the door kept coming out of the socket when leaving. 418's bathroom fan/vent was working so no bad smell Also shower door's plastic lining would come off and I had to put back on. I realize the property is being renovated, but a cheap remodel will cost you more in the long-run. Also, mold/mildew is serious in the south so that needs fixing. Hotel will be really nice once it is remodeled.

Well I got a suite and first thing when I walked in the room I fount a dead roach bug but the suite was nice and roomy otherwise than as leaving my room this morning there were 2 black men asleep in the middle of the floor and 2 more sitting on the ac by the elevator that was not a good think we didn’t know what to think was going on

No hot water, no air conditioning, could hear everything and everyone in the rooms beside us. Then they partied til 3am and the front desk wouldn't do anything about thes parties and nothing was done about all the yelling next room over. Breakfast was horrible couldn't get milk for ceareal and they were rude and obnoxious. I will never go back there.

It's currently under construction on the first floor and the pool is closed so things are a little disarrayed. Wasn't a fan of the side door to the hotel being left open at all hours, it felt a little unsafe. The rooms were clean and very cool, really good channel selections, comfortable beds and the coffee was really good.

I will never stay there again. I’ve stayed there several times but never again. They allow people to run wild and make tons of noise at night. Most it’s contractors working in the area and it’s pathetic how loud it gets at night. People slamming doors, televisions turned at loud volumes, and overall too noisy. Pathetic.

The hotel was under construction and it was FILTHY!!! And it smelled terrible!!! The pool was closed and they didn’t tell us when we booked it. AND they charged us an additional $100 deposit when we left and it still hasn’t fallen off our bank account.
