Our experience here was disappointing.

We liked the location and the general aesthetics of the place.

We chose this property primarily for the onsite restaurant and heated indoor pool as we had two members of our party who had to stay in while the rest of us went out. The pool was very cold and no one ever came to cook at the restaurant. The bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty in the shower, with no backups in the bathroom. The cleaning lady walked into our room without knocking two hours before checkout. She told us to “check out now”. We called the front desk to confirm our checkout was for 11:00 (she came at 9:00). It was. 30 minutes later, the cleaning lady came back asking what time we would be out. It was overall just a disappointing experience and not at all what we paid for or expected to have.

steer clear, this is a bad hotel in Birmingham

absolutely nothing!

This hotel is not up to your typical Hilton standard by any stretch of the imagination. My only guess is that this is very poor management here as the hotel does not clean rooms when requested, the carpeting's are stained in the room, rooms are dirty, and believe it or not the hotel is out of soap. There is a department store about 1 mile up the road and they don't even have the skills to go buy soap for the guests. Completely unacceptable. I would find another place to stay in Birmingham. Steer clear.

The room was clean 👌 Morning Staff and Bar Tender were Great.

There was no hand soap or any facial wipes in the room. I had to fix my television; after 1 1/2 hours after calling the front desk for assistance. Night personnel wasn't very friendly. No signage for do not disturb available.

Nice spacious room, bed was super comfortable.

Drink stains on night table, crumbs on floor from previous guests. Housekeeping staff a tad rude. ALSO, Booking.com needs to update this property's check-out time, which I can assume was the main reason for housekeeping to be curt with me. On this site, it says 12pm. Housekeeping knocked on my door around 10:45 and then again at 11:40... At 11:40, I opened the door. The woman asked if I was checking out or staying. I said, "Check-out is at 12." She and another housekeeper I could not see said, "No, it's at 11"... While the rude tones were unnecessary, I totally understand that me leaving later may have impacted their cleaning schedule. Front desk staff was alerted to the incorrect check-out time on your site. Please help them fix this. Thanks!

The location was perfect and the room immaculate.
