Service very friendly. Love the fact that it is dog friendly. Loved the fact that there was a newer rug-free floor. Furniture and cabinets all older with scuffs and edges worn everywhere. Clean room except there were a few "special" hairs in the bathroom corner and mold/mildew in the shower grout. Nothing too crazy. Bed comfy and clean, comfy pillows. Nice view out the window. Overall felt comfy, basic and safe. Would stay again.

It was nice except they messed up check in for someone else and they walked into our room around midnight when we were in bed. Then when i called the desk she said she'd moved us which she had not. Otherwise we always stay at Shiloh when we go to klamath and will continue to do so.

Listing shows a restaurant in the hotel, which would've been convenient. The restaurant is closed and only fast food is close by. I was disappointed that the restaurant has obviously been closed down for a long time. Please change the listing to show this.

It was relaxing minus an argument that happened a few doors down. After that was settled we had a relaxing time.

Excellent room with sink and counter space which made it awesome for preparing wraps and salad. Nice location to bike trail systems. Hot tub jets face up only...no massage ; (. I had 6 pillows in the room and didn't care for any of them. Bed was comfortable. Service was very good as well.

Room service was apparently based on the customer asking for it. Would be nice if the clerk mentioned it. Subsequent visit to the front desk revealed there was a printed notice stating you could ask for room service 24 hours in advance-not feasible for us.

After I was settled in, I discovered the refrigerator was not working. There was water in the drip tray under the freezer which indicated it might work, so I pulled the fridge out of the cabinet and found it unplugged. I plugged i in and it worked. The grout in the tub surround was long past due for a deep clean - gross! The shower curtain was questionable. The view from the window is of satelite dishes and dirt.

What can be said? It was a place to sleep. I am surprised that Shiloh is still in business. What I like is that they have a refrigerator and microwave in every room. But, it appears they are just holding on by offering a place to sleep. The carpet appears to have needed to be changed 10 years ago, there is no breakfast. There’s a bar attached to the Shilo, but it’s not open. There are no USB connections in the room, so bring your own. I think they do the minimum, clean, change the sheets, but the level is, I don’t know, maybe at two overall . Definitely over priced for the services they offer.

Everything about my stay was good except that there was no breakfast and there was a sign saying "Breakfast will return soon." Rather disappointed as breakfast is one of the factors I and many others use when deciding whether or not to stay at a particular hotel. Shilo needs to update their website and their hotels.com listing to reflect that there is currently no breakfast.

With the name one expects a restaurant on premises and a higher end experience, not so. And the worst for me was a dirty shower curtain. Why haven’t they upgraded to a shower door or at least the arc curtain bar? And keep the curtains clean or change them on a regular basis!

The motel is nice. However our toilet plugged up. I asked for a maintenance person to be sent to unplug it. A desk person appeared with a plunger and gave it to me for me to fix the problem. The facilities are well kept and they have great hours on the pool and spa

Hotel listed a lounge and restaurant It had neither. Most ice machines were out of order. Had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the one that worked. Checkin person had zero personality. Hot tub was also out of order. Workout room was lacking. Atleast it was clean and comfortable.

The AC was filthy. The sound from other rooms above and next to ours was way louder than acceptable. No sink in the bathroom. They did not serve breakfast as advertised and instead gave me a printout of local restaurants.

The room was a generous size. Bath tub was very clean. Short distance from restaurants. Refrigerator worked great. My ONLY dislike was the lighting in the parking lot Many street lamps were off. The parking is steep the further away you have to park. Parking lot not that safe for elderly or injured.

It's a nice place, with a lot nearby for food options. Klamath falls is very picturesque. And our room was spacious and pet friendly, but there were a few stands in the carpet and a distinct smell. Not intolerable, just noticeable. Otherwise the hotel is quiet and feels safe for families. The staff was nice, but there is no breakfast and the restaurant has been closed for a long time. That's not a game changer for me, but I overheard another guest who was quite angry and felt like were misled about the restaurant.
