I should have paid more for a decent experience elsewhere

Front desk person was nice.

Shower faucet was coming loose while the area to stand in was slippery. Bed sheet was either not changed at all or I was given another which was well worn and had hair on it. Only a thin wood door separated my room from another and a family in that room were quite loud, after asking them three times it quieted down, a room that close should at least have a regular door and threshold underneath.

Perfect little stop for us, and we will be back!

Check in was super fast and easy. Our room was recently renovated and the upgrades from when we were there last, are fantastic! Super friendly staff, and in a great location to stop on our travels between northern Washington state to the California Bay area. There is also a brewery/restaurant right next door that is awesome! Great price!

After renovating the room, they forgot to put back the hair dryer and coffee maker, but we just had to make a quick call to the front desk, and these items were brought to us promptly.

It felt unwelcoming. I wouldn't stay there again.

We left for the day, and when we came back they took everything from our room. The lady at the desk told me that I only had the room for one night, even though I booked it for two nights. It could have been my mistake, I'm not sure but then, she was just rude about it. She didn't even ask if we would just like to book another night. She was just rude and acted like she didn't want to have us there. We left and found another place to stay for the night.

Great location for train travelers. I got in late and they let me have a late check out. My second stay here will stay here every time I travel via the train.

Disappointing

We were expecting to be able to have breakfast in the reception room as we have in the past. But this was not available and we were unable to make toast and decent coffee in our room. This was a problem for us because we were attending a birding festival and had to be on the trail early, before the local breakfast places opened. I also felt like the motel cut every corner possible to save costs. The lighting was terrible, extremely white and bright overhead light or nothing, no bedside lamp and only one bedside table.

We will stay again

This is our second time staying at this Motel. We very much like the location and the cost as it makes it cheaper to stay the night in town rather than drive back and forth from home when we have to be in two two days in a row.

We noticed a neighboring room had a smoke detector that had a low battery. I tried to let the staff know that evening, but no one was at the desk. I said something in the morning, but that was after having to listen to the low battery chirp all night.

it took me forever to find stairs to get to my room because they were all blocked off for some reason, the room didn’t have a security lock on the door

Disappointing

There was NO BREAKFAST, the ice machine was broken & when my sister went to office to ask about getting some ice, the women in office was very rude to her! The bathroom floor looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time..And the beds were so hard that we could not sleep at all.
