staff (Jackie) was willing to change my room to make it easier to get to, no stairs cause I'm an older lady. Very pleasant about making changes for me. I loved that! This is very convenient for my travels in Alaska and convenient to the airport.

One night stay. Room was clean. I stay at this hotel every three weeks with business travel. Location is Quiet. close to food locations within walking distance.

I have stayed at other places in area, but came back to Puff (I've stayed here once b4 months ago). Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Hotel offers airport shuttle and is close to restaurants.
I will stay here again.

This is a cheap hotel near the airport. With that being said, as a Solo traveler the neighborhood that this is in is very questionable. The room it wasn't actually part of the hotel it was off of an annex it was on the side of the street that had a lot of traffic. Just understand when booking the cheaper rooms are not actually in the hotel. The carpet was disgusting it was so dirty not to mention there's no deadbolt lock on the door.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the breakfast options, which included cereal, yogurt, bakery items, waffles, coffee, and both apple and orange juice. It was a great way to save on breakfast costs. Special shoutout to the manager, Amber, who is super friendly and really makes sure your stay is pleasant. I’ll definitely be staying here again! Oh and they provide shuttle to the airport !!

The room was as expected for the price though it definitely needed to be updated. Also the room was quite warm and the a/c did not cool it to a comfortable level.

Staff is nice enough and the building seems maintained but we had bed bugs in our room, so that was unpleasant to wake up to that in the middle of the night and have to deal with.

Everything was good! Except the window in my room didn’t open and it was stuffy, so I didn’t sleep well. And I don’t use air conditioning due to sensitive lungs. Too bad because the mattress was super!

Staff was not friendly and when we went to check in they acted like they did not have any rooms for us. I reserved 2 rooms and they sent us to a separate building that we had to climb the stairs to our room and take all of our luggage ourselves. The next morning we went down for breakfast very busy and short of breakfast items. The young man that drove us back to the airport to meet Princess Cruise line Rep.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything else was absolutely terrible. The first room had multiple hair in the bed and a dirty coffee pot with old coffee still in it. We were given a free upgrade and that room was definitely cleaner, but this is a very tired hotel.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable, with a nice breakfast assortment included.
In room coffee maker was not clean.
It was very frustrating to get through to call for the free shuttle service. They don't answer the phone. They need more help.

The stay was ok. Shower had very low pressure but was warm. Beds need to be replaced. They are sloping on both sides, had to sleep at an angle. Electrical outlets were all not working. Room keys kept losing it's ability to open doors. Breakfast was decent. Worker was slow to replenish items that were out. Coffee was good. I also liked that breakfast started at 5 am for early flights. Not sure if I would stay again as my room for 3 was over $300. A room for 2 was about $170.

Our stay was a comfortable start to our Alaska Adventure. We waited an hour for our airport shuttle. Staff acted as though the wait was our fault. I don't know how they could truthfully say that as they didn't show up at the designated spot they told us.

Late night checkin, 2 people working the front desk and it still took nearly 30 mins to check in. Hotel is old, not updated and not worth $300/night. Shuttle driver was fantastic!

I booked on line using yelp. The room was not like the pictures in adjunct building . Room was terribly small with barely enough room for double bed. The sink was within 6 inches of the bed. The bathroom was a converted closet you could wash your feet at same time as using toilet. The lady at the desk was very nice and agreed that it wasn't like pictures she was very nice and quickly put me in another more appropriate room. She was great and presented herself and the hotel well.

We only stayed there one night. The lobby and reception were fine. The shuttle was good.
The room itself was pretty worn out. The refrigerator was very noisy. We had a few items that we wanted to keep cool, but we had to unplug it due to the noise.
It was OK (although overpriced for a motel) for one night but we don't recommend it for a longer stay.

We arrived around 11pm. The front desk attendant put us in an inhabable room, with horrible smell and rotten carpet. Junk all over. I returned to the front desk to ask for another room. I was told by the night manager that if I didn’t like it I can leave!!
There was no way that I could find another hotel at midnight in anchorage at the height of the season. I literally bagged them to find us another room. They of course lied when they said initially that all the rooms are occupied. They gave us a room with two beds, instead of the queen that I booked. The next day our room was not taken care of by house cleaning. The breakfast was terrible and the attendant was rude. I definitely would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. When I complained to the owner about all of these. He confirmed that the room that we were given was actually closed for renovations, and apologized for the staff behavior. This was the worst hotel experience in my life

Due to storms in Seattle, plane delayed 4 hrs, didn't arrive till 4am . No airport 1 shuttle after 1am. Room booking had been cancelled and room unavailable. Told i couldn't book in till 3pm even though my 4 night booking was prepaid.
Took 45mins for receptionist to organise a room.
Hotel location is good if you don't have transport. Very basic hotel. Day staff lovely.

First room had no heat. Neither did the second, but they provided a plug-in space heater. Pretty sure the stains on the carpet in both rooms was pet urine. Bullet hole in lobby window.
I would say it was a Roach Motel but the roaches probably had better accomodations.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was plugged and someone had to come to repair it. It did not seem like a good part of town. Those’re was a homeless man sleeping on the corner with his shopping cart.

Had to request shuttle twice from the airport. About an hour delay. Desk clerk was pleasant but hotel understaffed by her own admission. Room was on back side of property and hard to get to with luggage and felt unsecure. Tv did not work and questionable cleanliness. Limited electrical receptacles to charge cell phones.

Clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but a good deal for Anchorage. Rooms in the back are not nearly as large and nice as those in the front.

There was no hot water and it appeared that they knew it when we checked in but they never disclosed it. No one told us when breakfast hours were and it was not posted anywhere in the room. We went down at 9:15 and it was over. We stayed in the Annex which is scary and feels a little unsafe. The electronic door keys were not working which was extremely strange. Nothing worked.

The room we were given was outside the main building. It certainly was bare bones for $270 for the one night. When we arrived in the room, the air conditioner was running - the room was freezing. The outside temp was only 55 degrees and rainy. We turned off the air and tried to turn up the heat - it was non functioning. We called the front desk and she offered either a space heater or send someone up. We opted for sending someone up to look at it. After 30 minutes no one showed. Tried calling front desk and no one answered the phone. My husband went down to get the heater but we did not feel safe running it all night. It was a very old unit. For the price we paid we think we should receive some refund for the room.

This property is tired but clean. The air-conditioning is extremely noisy and the curtains are way too thin for so many daylight hours in the summer. However, the staff are very helpful and the price is reasonable for Anchorage.

We were there 3 nights and reported 3 times that we had no heat! This is Alaska! After the 3rd request, they did send someone but it still didnt get fixed Gave us a space heater! Did notoffer another room!

Our room was very tiny, but lobby was beautiful!
