Facility is pretty worn. Only one person on duty so no answer on phone to ask for the shuttle to the property. A shuttle finally came and it served several properties. Check in was slow, four couples and the phone kept ringing. Charge for shuttle to port. $260 for one night, not worth it.

Only stayed there for 1 night, long layover flight. The room was good, not great, with all the things needed for a night sleep. Front desk guy, well informative, not friendly, but answered the questions, and booked our shuttle. Drivers of shuttle. Both not good. In the afternoon, an older guy, with bad driving habits, hard accelerating and hard stopping, I actually became a little car sick. The morning driver (we asked for the 6am shuttle), Was on time, but we had to stop at other hotel to pickup guests. He drove against de street direction, just to cut a little turn around. It was 6.15 am, no cars in the street, but anyways drove 150-200 feet against the direction. NOT GOOD. It's a suggestion to check on your drivers.

It was an ok stay for the cost. However the tub and bathroom floor were so slippery that we slipped around and my husband fell against the wall. I would suggest a slip prevention.

It was clean, provided breakfast and provided a shuttle from the Airport but did not provide shuttle to the cruise port ( but cruise port is in the hotel name). Alright place to stay for a night or two when going on a cruise.

Very avaerage, but so is the price, so its a wash. Im not super picky for a one night, pre-cruise, stay. The beds were adequate and clean. Bathroom was clean and decent. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The two things lacking was the a/c unit said 68, which was the lowest pssible setting, but it was obvious it was more like 72, which i am comfortable with. There was also a strong scented cleaning agent, like they were trying to cover up a bad smell. I felt the carpet was filthy and proof was when we stepped into the shower. For the price it was ok.

I was hesitant at first because over the last couple of months since I had booked with Best Western it has received incredibly mixed reviews on Google. I was pleasantly surprised- we didn’t end up using the shuttle service that was provided because we needed to be a little faster than what they could provide. That being said the person who answered the phone was super nice and helpful with directions. Staff was friendly and pleasant- we interacted with at least three different people at the front desk and two other employees including cleaners. If you’re having bad interactions with staff, maybe check your own tone of voice to make sure you’re being pleasant as well. Customer service workers are people with feelings too. The bedroom was clean. Two beds. Mattresses and linens and towels were nice and white. The room purifier wasn’t my favorite smell but it did give the room a pleasant smell. I wish it went off a little less frequently. It’s walkable to food and grocery as well as some shopping and easy for Ubers to get to Checking in and adding late check out was easy breezy. I’d book again!

They advertise free shuttle to the cruise port but tell you it's $35 when you ask about it. Lyft was only $14.

It's nice and close to the airport, with a free shuttle from the airport. It's an older property and it shows, but was still a nice value for the price and did what we needed.

Our one night stay was as expected, a good value for the cost. Our room had a fridge, coffeemaker & microwave. Breakfast and parking were included and suited us just fine. We were close to airport & cruise terminals. They had a shuttle to both for $15 per person one way. My big and only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress. I had a backache the who next day.

First we kept driving in circles to find out how to get to our room..She said we would have to drive around the building..nope. we were to park around the front and walk through the lobby. Old carpet. But really not a bad room. McDonald's was next door. Wendy's was close. I was quoted $100- thru Expedia but was charged $235- I asked why..she said I had a 9-year and had to pay a deposit..also,.a guy came in because his dad prepaid to hold a room for him, but because he didn't own a credit card he was turned away.. credit card only..not debit either..most places are like that now..

Definitely a no frills hotel, but was clean and included a breakfast with a good variety of options. Room seemed a little run down/dated, which gave a dingy feeling, though I do believe the room was clean. Beds were too soft for my comfort, but my child who likes a soft mattress slept great.

Spotless room and I love that!!! Very spacious room and comfortable bed! The only thing I don’t like is that we arrived 1 hour earlier and they had available rooms but they request $15 if you want the room before 3 pm. I travel a lot and I never have seen something like that, the hotels try to accommodate the guests as soon as the rooms are available, mostly after a long overnight trip!

The hallways smelled a little musky, but the rooms were fine and the staff was able to help get us to where we need to go. The breakfast was also pretty solid. Wouldn't necessarily recommend but wouldn't tell people to avoid.

Good hotel overall. I just wish the hotel shuttle had an earlier time because it starts at 6am. Also I had room 220 and the AC wasn’t working that good. Also I had to go to the airport at 4:30am and there was no to go breakfast for early birds. The rest was all good.

The clerk took our ID and charge card and went behind a wall that you could not see what she was doing. The floors were wet in our room, bathroom floor was like greasy and slippery.
