the room was sub par-carpet was dirty and stained, room was dark and dingey. Tub was stained and looked filthy, bathroom door had a hook hanging off of it with screws missing. our room had an upgrade for "outdoor patio/balcony" but looked directly onto a retaining wall next to hot tub-no view here! cant believe there wasnt a better room available on this property....

The location is excellent and highly convenient, with beautiful surroundings. The hotel room was spacious but felt outdated. The biggest issue was the heating/AC system—its motor was extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep with it running.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort is very quiet/serene. The bed was not very comfortable, and the room was outdated. We were told a new management purchased the property, and that they will be updating the entire resort. The front clerks were very polite and professional. There was a small Keurig in the room; however, it would’ve been so much better if they had coffee available to drink in the lobby. We were told we could purchase coffee in the restaurant on the premises. We went to the restaurant, but the coffee machetes broken.

My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights as a get away before the holidays. Clean and spacious rooms and with great views of the red rocks. William was at the front desk to check us in and offered great assistance! Thank you William.

This not the same as it was in the 90’s but is still a nice place to stay for the money. Our basic king room was very roomy! Everything worked well and was quite comfortable. The best part was the stargazing event last night. It was spectacular!! The grounds our beautiful and the the surrounding scenery is Sedona at its best.

Sedona is a beautiful place, and this property shows it off well. They have open green throughout with beautiful big trees and little ponds. At night we were able to sit and enjoy each other at the outdoor fireplace. We were there attending a wedding in Sedona and the property was perfect to take their wedding photos at. Everybody we encountered from the front desk to the bar was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Maid service was terrible. All they did was remove trash and replace towels. No beds made. No vacuuming. Sinks weren’t wiped down. Broken towel rack in bathroom (room 117). Long black hair in tub when we arrived. The restaurant was fantastic.

It's a beautiful property on the outside that's showing a bit of age on the inside (especially the loud heater). Low review stars due to poor service at the restaurant, initially with slow service, then an overcharge that despite promises from management has still not been corrected two days later.

The first room that we checked into had a lot of issues phone didn’t work. Shower was broken lights flickered when you turned on the lights so we got into a new room and that one was nice. Not a lot of amenities at the place, but it was beautiful and the bar restaurant were impeccable. But very pricey so just know that going forward.

The hotel is nice and has a nice garden. Unfortunately we booked a room that we thought would have a garden view because of the pictures and that is why we upgraded and it had a balcony to the pool. That was unfortunate and misleading. Also our check in was uncomfortable because the person at the front desk was not nice. I later talked to the manager who was very nice. The soup at the restaurant was excellent.

Charged our credit card on file for looking at the place and dates getting it almost ready to send and hit cancel and they charged the card and we didn’t stay there one night . So moving forward we will not pay before

Room air conditioning did not go below 75 degrees even though it was set at 68. ADA room was given and a deluxe room was paid for. The restaurant overbooked my wife and I’s steak. My wife also noticed the servers finger in another guests water glass as he was delivering it. We could not get out of there fast enough!

Hotel location was good. There is a shuttle stop right outside where you can pick up to take to uptown. Lobby, bar, restaurant, patio and pool were great. Actually room was very very dated and in great need of updating. Paper thin walls. Squeaky bed. Drinks at bar were amazing. Food was very good.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in & check out were smooth & easy. The room was massive with plenty of room but the lighting was sub par. Even with all the lights on and the window open, it was too dark. The AC didn’t work well and I couldn’t cool down past 84 degrees. The room needs a lot of updating, but cleanliness was an A+ The property was clean, quiet & safe. The star gazing on Thursday night was an extra special bonus. The room rate made it all worth the visit. Great pricing.

Exterior property is beautiful with gorgeous views. Rooms are not updated or clean. Not at Resort level. Very desperate for cleaning. Very strange policies on room cleaning. Be sure to read the welcome letter carefully or you’ll end up with no towels or amenities in your room. Actually, my best advice would be not to stay here. It’s a shame because the employees were all very nice and accommodating.

I have stayed at this property many times throughout the years and the new management have made great strides in updating the office reception and dining area. The carpet was absolutely so dirty and many little pesky bugs and I even came home with a great big roach in my luggage! The property sits at the base of a vortex, is mystical and magical and spiritual one of my favorite places on earth to stay. However, The rooms needs to be cleaned up and the level upgraded.

The room was not what I expected maybe because I chose to go thru a third party reservation website idk. thought I was supposed to get a room with a view but not so much. The furniture was really outdated and the king size bed was a little hard plus a couple stains were on the covers. I wasn’t at the room most of the time But overall I had a good time during the stay.

We liked it here, we had a couple small gliches, the pictures on web site did not match up, the door had issues with locking and Jacvuzzi could have been cleaner. But it was very spacious, clean & our bed was super comfy! It is just a place to sleep and the veiws in Sedona are majestic!

There is no phone service and there was a few broken things in the room(shower head was detached from wall, bed lights didnt turn on, and exposed wires from the Ac unit) , but overall it was super quiet, the staff were nice, very well priced and it was roomy.

Seemed like the interior was the quality of a motel… parking was nuts, every spot filled. Staff was great that was the highlight. For a resort wouldn’t recommend. Only reason we stayed was it was half off last minute.
