Went through the whole pre-checkin process just to have to do it again at the hotel when we arrived. Constantly received emails and texts asking to schedule checkin/checkout, which would have been fine had it saved any time, but it was pointless. Hotel also made a big deal about keeping counts on towels, sheets, etc. with a sign in the room stating customers would be charged if any were found missing - but the washcloths and towels we were given in the room were dingy, stained, and rough. Not sure why anyone would take those. Room also smelled musty, like the A/C had been leaking for quite a while and been left to dry. No breakfast even though there was a breakfast area set up. Parking was limited and we had to park by the road. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Overall not impressed and next time we will stay elsewhere. Disappointed by the other reviews that had this at 8.0 - definitely did not have that type of experience!

I had a quick stay over, but this hotel was clean, modern and well lit at night. There was no pool, but we only stayed the night. Breakfast ended at 9am, but had waffles, yougut, biscuits and gravy to name a few. Our room was spacious and bed was comfy. It was clean too.

When we arrived the room was ready. We had a room with no carpet which is what was wanted. The room was great. We was only there for one night. The staff was professional. I have not got my deposit or a receipt back as of today which is Thursday. I was told that my deposit would be returned as soon as the room was cleaned and the receipt would be emailed because it was booked online. We was there Monday and checked out Tuesday morning. We will book again if our deposit is returned back soon.

Our stay at Sleep Inn was very good. The room & bathroom were clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked for more towels after the 1st day of a 3 day stay. Was very happy that we could stay there with out polite, litter trained 2 year old cat (for a fee: $25: per day extra, plus a refundable pet deposit if $ 100, refundable sometime after you check out. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs to a major remodeling, the rooms are humid and smell of mildew. The hallways and lobby are very dark and not air conditioned. Our room had a strong cigarette smell so we requested to try a different room, so the clerk promptly gave us a new one which was better but had a mildew smell. Overall it was a poor quality experience, but I will say the attendant was very polite and attentive.

We stopped here for an overnight on the way home after a beach trip. It was great for a one night stay, easy to access, felt safe, room was fine. Breakfast was a little scanty, but the coffee was good. Great value!

Conveniently located for our purpose. It is a pretty area. It was clean & staff was friendly. A toaster, bread, bagels or muffins would have been great for more variety at breakfast. Not much to offer as it was. Also, our door was left ajar by a member of housekeeping when cleaned.

We had 2 overnight stay's there as we traveled to and from Nashville. It was fine for an overnight stay, but if we were to stay longer, there are no place to unpack your luggage into.

The hotel was very clean. One staff member in particular stands out as exceptional. His name was Emerson. He went out of his way to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. I spent quite a bit of time in the lobby waiting on family. I observed his interactions with easy and difficult customers. He was patient with everyone.

CONS: 1) TERRIBLE MUSTY SMELL in the room. Especially the closer I walked to the A/C unit. Front desk guy tried his best to fix it by spraying tons of FEBREEZE but it didn’t really help. It was hard for me to breathe in the room from the Febreeze & as soon as it wore off, the musty smell was still there. He offered to switch rooms but I figured every room would probably smell the same and my kids and I had already unpacked everything. But, it didn’t really bother my kids at all. They could barely smell it. 2) TOILET CLOGGED and took a while to fix it. 3) NO 2ND ROLL of TOILET PAPER. Had to go to the front counter in the middle of the night to get toilet paper. 4) There were STAINS on the CURTAINS. 5) I felt there was not enough LIGHTING in the room. PROS 1) Very, very FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF!!! 2) COMFORTABLE BEDS & SHEETS. 3) Lots of TOWELS. 4) Nice MIRRORS. 5) Nice CHAIR & DESK. 6) Nice little TABLE/SEAT. 7) Cute leaf shaped soap for the logo.

The humidity in the air was stifling, it seemed to make the floors seem sticky. But that was no fault of the hotel. Everything was fine and the desk clerk was friendly.
