My room was filthy there was two bags of trash in McDonald’s bags under the sink from the previous people that stayed I barely had any towels in my room and when I asked for another room the man was rude and told me they were booked up and I couldn’t get any sleep For the people next door sound like the wee partying I called the front desk but of course no help

Great location and I've stayed here on and off for about four years. Lobby is well maintained and staff is very friendly. The breakfast was served on time with plenty of choices of food in a very clean area. What is disappointing was no room service during a five day stay (granted, including a National Holiday, but do it before or immediately after). Further, the hotel appears to be privately owned and run by one family. The interior of the rooms require updating (toilet bowl was glued together from previous damage, bathtub was "refinished" but the coating was coming off during each shower and there were numerous unpainted "dings" in the room walls which detract from the appearance of the interior and part of a wooden 2X4 under the A/C unit). It's OK, I guess for a one night stay, but I think I'll be looking for somewhere else on my next trip through. With some corporate investment, this place would be really nice again.

We really really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience with the staff especially Sujon the desk clerk. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and welcomed. The room was beyond our expectations, it had a lot of room, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean, it was quiet, the shower water was hot the way it should be. If you requested extra linen, wash clothes or towels you received it right away. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there are restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers in the area. The breakfast was good but everyone would have liked if there was more of a selection ( like home fries, bacon or even grits). The hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport. I would stay again and I do recommend this hotel.

When you entered the hotel you are hit with a very strong smell of cleaner or something not quite sure, the bed was not very confortable, the breakfast was ok, there is no tv guide on the TV when you change the channels the description of what channel it was was incorrect ex. it would say AMC but be the Disney channel. I did let them know in the morning they said they would look into it. I was only stay one night so didn't matter to me.

Staff refused to issue a receipt because, I checked out early so, they wanted to ensure they were able to charge for the extra night. I had to call several times including the corporate office to make I was officially checked out of the room to not incur extra charges. I will never stay at this property again!

The welcoming as I checked in was very warm and pleasant. The room was clean, and had everything necessary. Plenty of Towels, definitely a plus. Just passing through any needed a night cap, but it def was very comfortable & pleasant.

This Best Western Plus is a great place to stay! This was our first time to Birmingham and we wanted a safe place to stay. We knew we would be getting in late and didn’t want to arrive in a bad part of town. All the reviews I read prior to booking were accurate. We would definitely stay there again. It was clean, safe and very convenient. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again!

Check in was easy and front desk staff was so nice. After getting in our room for the evening we noticed our carpet was wet from the ac leaking, went to front desk(different person) and informed them. She explained that she was the only one there and couldn’t do anything about it, other than write it down and make note of it. She didn’t offer for us to change rooms or anything. We stayed in a room where the carpet was wet from one side of the bed to the a/c unit.

Our only problem was the toilet. We had to lift the back of it and fix the flap every time we would flush. The chain was too long and would get caught in the flap. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable, relaxing stay. We loved the continental breakfast and the work out room.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay on our road trip, but the carpet in the room felt sticky and gross, my kids' feet got filthy walking around in the room. Breakfast was fine, room was decently clean and comfortable aside from the carpet.

The room floor hadnt been cleaned you could tell feom the toenails on floor and toilet seat at back wasnt clean. I asked for cleaning the next day and when we got back that nite it hadnt been done. I told front desk they sent people up but all they did was make the bed we were fixing to sleep in and give new towels

Everything was as we would expect and need. Room was clean and breakfast had typical options for a hotel in this class, including scrambled eggs. The staff at the front desk who checked us in was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel staff made a mistake on my room and put me and my family in the weong room. Then put us in the right room and thr manager came the next morning and told us to chexk out, even though we had a reservation for three more days. The room wasnt as clean as it should be, and how it looked in the pictures. and the phone didnt work in the room the whole time which felt unsafe. I spoke with managers and no one tried to fix or compensate for our horrible experience. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Great hotel in quiet and central location. Guests above me were quite rude and noisy very late into the night. The hotel had plenty of open rooms, so they should space their guests apart so that there is no noise.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The hotel itself was older but had been updated throughout and the location made shopping or getting a bite to eat very easy. Would definitely stay again.
