This hotel provided everything we needed. Super convenient grab and go food service, bar, and breakfast was great each day. The pool was amazing. The service was extremely friendly. The room provided style and comfort. Excellent location near interstate and plenty of food and attractions closeby.

No hot water in our room and limited water pressure. Mold around the outside of the tub, dirty glasses in our room. Otherwise the facility was clean. Very noisy with a group of special needs young folks that were not being supervised at all! They were in the breakfast line picking up food with their hands and putting it back in the serving line. Not the hotels fault entirely, but they could’ve been more involved in caring for the other guests. Our interactions with the staff were that they were bored, negative and uninterested in the guests. Will not be back!

Very noisy hotel, it’s next to freeway but we felt like sleeping on the freeway with the car noises… had to check out the next morning even we had booked for 3 nights.

The rooms have no dressers in them. Refrigerator and coffee machine sat on the floor. Plenty of room for a dresser in the room so not sure why there wasn't one. Very inconvenient to store clothes.

I have been staying in this hotel for years, almost every time I visit Fort Collins. This time I was given a room in which the built-in furniture was missing, the refrigerator was sitting on the floor and renovations were incomplete. Not what I expected from Hyatt.

It a great place to stay that includes amazing breakfast options and the pool was also clean. There is also a bar onsite that could work seamlessly if there were two employees scheduled at all times, bartender/check-in clerk had to leave the bar multiple times to attend the front desk. An option would be a bell for incoming customers to ring upon arrival if only one employee is on duty. Overall, the customer service was great.

Stayed 3 nights at this convenient location. The rooms were updated and clean, with great beds and sitting room. The only exception was that the sink did not drain and was told that maintenance crew did not work on weekend. I do not think reception staff really cared. Lobby area and elevator was dirty and front desk AJ was not friendly at all. Breakfast is great.

The staff were not friendly at all. We were there over the holiday weekend, so I understand that the hotel was at full capacity, but there were not enough staff to handle the work load. We didn't receive housekeeping at all during our 3 night stay. The breakfast was chaotic, not enough food, plates, etc. The staff didn't seem to care. If the hotel doesn't have the staff to take care of the customers properly, then they should have limited the capacity.

The room I was given the fridge was on the floor, the air conditioning did not stay on throughout the night causing the room to be an oven in 100 degree weather, the bed was uncomfortable and the food was awful for breakfast ( dry cold waffles and cold eggs). I will never stay at this hotel again. Forgot to mention unfinished drywall in the elevator.

This Hyatt is very overpriced for what you get. I stayed here four days for a work conference. Unfortunately, I did not have any access to hot water during my stay. the communication regarding this issue was dodgey. The staff promised maintenance would look into the issue but upon speaking with the staff on check out they informed me the water would be turned back on the following day. This stay also came with daily room turndown and towel refresh, I did not receive a room turndown once. I was really frustrated with the communication and follow up from this hotel, especially for the room rates.

The room was very nice. However the elevators could have used some work as one of them looked as if were being worked on. The ceiling was a piece of sheet rock with poorly cut holes for the lights to shine through. The evening staff was not very welcoming or professional. But really the hotel room was very clean and house keeping staff were very friendly and kind. I would stay here again.

We arrived around 8 pm to check in. We were immediately told that we were receiving a room without the mountain view that we had booked. We decided that would be okay for 1 night and proceeded to our room. When we arrived, we were placed in a double Queen room. We called the front desk to request the King room we had booked. They stated that Hotels.com promises and sells rooms that are unavailable and they are very frustrated. They agreed to a king, but again, no mountain view. After 20 minutes, we finally entered our room. We found a side table ripped off from the side of the King bed. We improvised by moving a small table to that side. When entering to take a shower, we found many long, black strands of hair plastered to the shower wall. Our room was cleaned one time in the 4 days we stayed. We decided to stay, although less than pleased. The water pressure and temperature were great, it was clean. You can tell that the person in charge of the breakfast bar cares, but is given a limited selection of processed foods to serve. It was all hot, but was a sad "Groundhog Day" repeating often. The pool was very clean and inviting. We were concerned that there were citations notated on the elevator walls. Safety issues? Parking was ample and staff was good to work with. Nothing amazing. We were so busy outside of the hotel that the issues were not that important to us. I did not think to take photos as again, we were there to see Colorado.
