Rude staff at check in! My credit card was charged twice, room was not ready, key cards did not work and the person at the front desk didn’t say sorry, kiss my tail or anything when I walked back to get key card fixed, FILTHY towel, food and drinks from previous guests still in the fridge.

Excellent in every way. The only thing that was wrong turned out to not be wrong after all. It seemed that the a/c wasn’t working when we got into the room. The unit was blowing warm air (it was in the high 70’s) and I couldn’t get the unit to do anything. I went to the front desk and the young lady asked me if I checked the thermostat on the wall? Duh, no I didn’t realize it had one. She explained that it was a very common complaint and that she has tried to get management to put a notice in the room, but they haven’t done anything yet. Other than that it was great There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and plenty of activities close by.

Very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. We had to be on the road early next morning (4:30 am) and was pleasantly surprised that the front desk had prepared fresh coffee, cinnamon rolls, and fresh fruit which we took with us for the drive.

If I'm paying a premium price, I do not expect it to be under renovation. I payed 200$ a night. There was no discount for renovation. I was not happy.

Our room was wonderful, but the ac didn't stay running all night, so when it turned off you could hear EVERYTHING! (Slamming doors, road noise, people talking outside,etc.) needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well in the very comfortable bed.

The hotel staff were kind and courteous. No issues checking in. The room was a double queen suite. It was fine overall, a little weird because it was a larger than normal size. Overall, no negatives to highlight.

Absolutely loved it here. Clean, convenient. Breakfast was great!!! ONLY,one thing,,, the slamming of the doors from the neighbors down the hallway, why can't the doors close softly instead of slamming ( @ all hours). Otherwise, awesome..

We requested a late check out due to being in town for my husband's grandfathers funeral. We were asked what time we wanted to check out, and after making our suggestion of 1:00 (or possibly 1:30), we were told no. The staff said they could only go to 12:30. If that were the case, why didnt the staff simply say 12:30 from the beginning? Additionally, we could have checked in at 3pm, but did not arrive until 11pm.

This is a run down hotel, which wouldn’t be a big deal if they priced themselves appropriately. But I paid $170 for a room that needed a facelift years ago. Total rip off.

Really enjoyed my stay. Seemed fairly new and had lots of attention to detail like the delicious cookies at check in. Several restaurants very close by and the free breakfast was delicious.

Our stay here was just for the weekend, but the house keeping was not up to par. The cleaning lady came in daily and grabbed the garbage and gave us fresh towels, but the beds weren’t made and supplies weren’t replenished. We ran out of things such as toilet paper. On top of that our room was near an area where you could hear the water pipes banging all day and night.
